The pinnacle of GlenDronach’s artistry, this inaugural 2025 edition is crafted from a selection of casks distilled in 1978, 1983, and 1984. Initially aged in PX and Oloroso sherry casks, the whiskies were vatted and further married in a first-fill PX puncheon and a second-fill Oloroso puncheon before bottling. The result is a whisky polished by over four decades of maturation, exuding unparalleled richness, velvet texture, and multi-layered dark fruit character.

The 30 Year Old is described as a Symphony of Three Sherries, matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, and Amontillado casks. This triad of Spanish oak delivers remarkable complexity, from PX’s cherry and chocolate richness, to Amontillado’s hazelnut and crème caramel, through to Oloroso’s spiced glazed fruits and walnuts. Crafted by Master Blender Rachel Barrie, it is a bold and flamboyant Highland single malt, showcasing three decades of refinement.

Matured in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, the GlenDronach 21 Year Old is an exceptionally rich Highland single malt known for its enveloping mouthfeel and sublime, lingering finish. Bottled at 48% with natural colour, it epitomises the distillery’s reputation for sherry cask mastery.

Château Minuty 281 is the estate’s haute-couture cuvée, first released in 2015. Its name refers to Pantone 281, the intense Mediterranean blue adorning the bottle neck. The wine pays tribute to the sea that influences the vineyard and to Etienne Matton, who in the 1970s began cloning Minuty’s exclusive Grenache vines that today form the backbone of this cuvée.
The 2024 vintage comes from a selection of the estate’s finest plots on schist, clay, and sand terroirs. Grapes are hand-picked, with only free-run juice used. Vinification is carried out at low temperatures in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation to preserve purity. The result is a rosé with precision, elegance, and striking length, crafted for gastronomy and fine dining.

Château d’Esclans Rosé 2022 is the estate wine of Caves d’Esclans, produced entirely from grapes grown on the property. Crafted from Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino), it is vinified through a combination of stainless steel and barrel fermentation, bringing together freshness and complexity. Harvesting takes place in the cool of the morning to preserve fruit quality, with Optical Eye Sorting ensuring only the best grapes are selected.
The winemaking process includes soft crushing, immediate cooling to retain vivacity, and closed circuit pressing to reduce oxidation. Free run juice is then divided between 600-litre temperature-controlled oak demi-muids and stainless steel tanks. Battonage is carried out twice weekly over eight months before bottling, resulting in a rosé that is smooth and creamy in texture, rich on the palate, and long in finish.

A Tale of Spices is inspired by the colours and flavours of Moroccan spice markets. Dr Bill Lumsden crafted this limited edition using a unique combination of four cask types: Moroccan red wine, new charred oak, Pedro Ximénez sherry and shaved toasted red wine casks. These casks create layers of bold spice balanced with sweetness, transporting the drinker to a bustling spice market. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV. This release was awarded Gold at the International Spirits Challenge 2025.
Tasting Notes by Glenmorangie:Nose: Spicy, sweet and perfumed with notes of rose, carnation, jasmine and lilac, along with cumin, saffron, nutmeg, ginger, chilli, anise, oak and chestnut. A little water brings out delicate fruits, menthol and bread dough.Palate: Bursting with sizzling spices such as ginger, black pepper and mustard seed, balanced by sweetness of mint toffee, demerara sugar and sugar-coated almonds. Eucalyptus lifts the palate, with an aftertaste of clove, leather and peppermint
The first in the final set of seasonal small batch releases, representing spring on the Lochlea farm. Matured in 100% first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels, this edition highlights floral aromatics from distilling in colder months.

Connemara stands apart as one of the few peated single malts from Ireland, reviving an old tradition of drying malted barley over peat fires. Produced at the Cooley Distillery, it combines sweet, honeyed Irish malt character with a distinctive smoky profile more often associated with Scotch whisky. The result is a unique expression that balances soft, sweet notes with layers of gentle peat smoke.

Booker’s is bottled straight from the barrel, uncut and unfiltered, reflecting the vision of its creator, Booker Noe, Sixth Generation Master Distiller of Jim Beam. Each batch varies slightly in age and proof, capturing the true character of small-batch bourbon.
Batch 2024-01E continues the tradition, selected from specific barrels in the centre-cut of the rackhouse where maturation conditions yield rich depth and intensity. This release embodies the bold, full-bodied flavour that Booker’s is known for, offering a complex whiskey experience true to its heritage.

First introduced in 1992 by Booker Noe as part of the Small Batch collection, Basil Hayden was crafted to showcase a more subtle side of bourbon. Inspired by Meredith Basil Hayden, Sr., an 18th-century Maryland rye farmer who moved to Kentucky, this bourbon pays tribute to his decision to use a higher percentage of rye in his mash bill. Booker revived this approach, creating a refined, approachable bourbon designed to welcome new drinkers into whiskey while honouring both Hayden’s ingenuity and his own innovation.
