The "CONTRASTS: AIR DRIED OAK" is a limited-edition release with a 46% alcohol content, matured uniquely in air-dried Virgin American Oak casks, lending it a distinctive character.

Tasting Note by Stauning Whisky:Lightly smoked, spicy and sweet, a whisky with complexity and structure.On the nose: cereals, chocolate, oak, caramel, cinnamon and bonfires. A taste like a smoked chocolate bar with a palate of nougat, caramel, liquorice, sweet apple and oak. A long smokey aftertaste with vanilla, orange, tobacco, dried red fruit and more oak.
The Glentauchers 12-Year-Old 2010, selected by Milroy's, is a single malt that was initially matured in a refill hogshead before being reracked into a first-fill Manzanilla hogshead for further aging. This whisky, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2022, has an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 56.3%. This particular expression was limited to just 251 bottles, making it a rare and collectible release.

Hailing from the esteemed Seattle-based craft distillery Westland, this American single malt whiskey is a testament to their excellence, having been named Craft Producer of the Year at the Icons of Whisky in 2016. The whiskey matures in casks formerly used to hold Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry, infusing it with rich and complex flavors.
Tasting Note by Westland: Nose: The aroma of honey-dipped oatmeal raisin cookies and quick richness are there in the nostrils. A drizzle of maple syrup is then applied to banana pancakes.Palate: There are initially kiwi aromas along with more notes of maple and raisin syrup. Extended tastings start with a dizzying array of sweet pastries and cookies that gradually get richer and darker before giving the palate over to stewed yellow fruits at the finish.
Westland's peated malt is a skillful blend that incorporates a portion of intensely peated whisky with unpeated spirits, all aged in American oak barrels. This harmonious marriage achieves a superb equilibrium between smoky and fruity notes, accompanied by hints of earthiness, green herbs, and roasted nuts, creating a well-rounded and complex flavor profile.
Tasting Note by Westland:Nose: Smouldering moss, flamed orange peel, and a background of nuttiness are the first notes in the nose.Palate: Peat erupts from the palate, expressing flavours of roasted pistachios, iodine, and campfire. The smouldering moss on the nose gradually transforms into burning embers and roasted plantains. As time passes, the palate also changes, moving towards more pronounced earth notes, green herbs, and increasing iodine towards the finish.
Roebuck Estates Blanc de Noirs 2015 is an exclusive creation meticulously crafted from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes cultivated in our Roman Villa vineyard. Following a rigorous selection process, these grapes undergo whole-bunch pressing and partial fermentation in the finest French oak casks. A generous period of lees aging, lasting a minimum of 36 months, imparts depth, complexity, and richness to this wine. While it is currently enjoyable, its potential for improvement with further bottle aging is undeniable, promising an even more exceptional drinking experience in the future.

Tasting Note by Champagne Piaff:Soft floral aromas are highlighted by a delicate yet enduring mousse, which also has hints of fresh hazelnuts and almonds. White fruits are presented on the palate in great proportion with a particularly pleasant minerality and notes of brioche/yeastiness. The palate has excellent structure and longevity.
