Each batch is meticulously conditioned, with our expert hands blending the bourbon in limited quantities. The whiskey is traditionally aged up to 6 years in fresh, charred white oak barrels, absorbing the rich and complex flavours of the wood.

Its appearance boasts a captivating gold hue, intertwined with radiant amber shades, bordering on a deep copper tone. Upon first scent, the nose is greeted by delicate whispers of vanilla, complemented by the sweetness of raisins, the warmth of maple syrup, and the earthiness of toasted nuts. As it graces the palate, this bourbon unravels a tapestry of flavours: from vanilla to ripe fruit, from the comforting notes of maple syrup and toast to the rich undertones of bitter chocolate.
