Project 04 // Inverarity Morton is a limited-edition blended Scotch whisky created in collaboration with Inverarity Morton—a family-run business supporting the whisky trade since 1945. With a focus on bold character and versatility, this malt-forward blend was designed to surprise and delight, whether served neat or in mixed drinks.
Blended in February 2024 and bottled at 49.1% ABV, only 470 bottles were produced. The whisky features an extended finishing period in a yet-to-be-specified cask, chosen to add a final flourish in honour of Inverarity Morton’s ‘extra mile’ ethos.

Distilled on 23/07/13 and bottled in March 2025, this single cask release was finished in a red wine hogshead. Bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill filtered and free from added colour. A single cask release from the Master Blender’s Selection, distilled on 04/06/12 and bottled in March 2025. Matured in a bourbon barrel, bottled at natural cask strength (61.3% ABV), non-chill filtered and with no added colour. Only 271 bottles available.Tasting Note by GlenAllachie:Nose: Vanilla, butterscotch and orchard fruits, with glazed cherries, buttered popcorn and heather honey.Taste: Crushed vanilla, butterscotch and cayenne pepper, followed by grilled honeycomb, cinnamon buttercream and caramel.
This vibrant single cask rye whisky from East London Liquor Co. is crafted from a mash bill of 55% Norfolk rye and 45% Maris Otter barley. Fermented with saison yeast and distilled on-site in East London, it was matured for four and a half years in a second-fill Chardonnay cask.
Bottled at cask strength—57% ABV—without chill filtration, this limited release offers an expressive and distinctive profile. Notes of red orchard fruit, birch sap, peach compote, leather, and freshly cut grass unfold with each sip. With only 273 bottles drawn from Cask #57, this is a rare and characterful example of modern British rye whisky.

Pecan pie, crystallised ginger and orange marmalade. Soft, rich and mouth-coating.Finish: Rich, sweet and silky with lingering bright spice.

Aged in hand-selected ex-Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks, and finished in first fill Pedro Ximénez Sherry wood, it offers a compelling interplay of flavours. Its final chapter in Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks is a quiet tribute to the instinctive craftsmanship of the Master Blender.

A testament to careful maturation, this complex 15 Year Old Sherry Oak Cask expression balances sweetness with gentle spice in a composed and layered profile. Aged for no less than fifteen years, it draws character from both European Oak Oloroso Sherry casks and American Oak ex-Bourbon casks, before being finished in European Oak casks seasoned with Oloroso Sherry. The result is a nuanced whisky, where indulgent sweetness meets subtle spiced undertones in harmonious fashion.

Strathearn Batch 02 Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the second release from Strathearn Distillery. It combines spirit matured in ex-Bourbon, Virgin Oak, and ex-Sherry oak casks, with a greater influence from Bourbon casks and less from Virgin Oak compared to the previous release.
Batch 02 is created from a vatting of 31 selected casks, including stock inherited by and produced under Douglas Laing's ownership. Bottled at 50% ABV, the whisky is free from added colouring and chill-filtration.

Ledaig Hebridean Moon takes its inspiration from Mull's historic Baliscate Standing Stones, known for centuries as markers of the lunar cycle, symbolising renewal and reflection. This single malt represents the first spirit from Tobermory Distillery's new stills, introduced in 2014. As the distillery transitioned from its older stills, this release marks the start of a fresh chapter, mirroring the lunar cycle’s theme of renewal.
Aged quietly for over ten years in carefully selected second-fill bourbon casks, this whisky honours its Hebridean heritage, making it both a tribute to Mull and a unique limited edition.

The Macallan Art is the Flower is a tribute to the natural world and its cyclical beauty, inspired by Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s art and prose. Crafted in honour of his 1902 stained-glass panel The Spirit of the Rose, this expression celebrates the harmony of nature and design. Reflecting Mackintosh’s European influence, it delivers a rich, naturally matured whisky. With floral fruit notes, it delicately echoes his words on beauty and ‘Seemliness’.

To mark the 80th anniversary of VE Day on 8th May, a special edition whisky is being released as part of a commemorative collection in collaboration with Norfolk charity Walking With The Wounded.
For every bottle sold, £2 will be donated to support UK veterans receiving one-to-one mental health support.
