In Tobermory's second release within The Hebridean Series, the bottling strength has been raised to 52.5% ABV to emphasise the influence of the Oloroso sherry casks during maturation. This is the first-ever American wheat whisky from the Maker’s Mark distillery, crafted to showcase the influence of the land at Star Hill Farm. The 2025 inaugural release is built on two mashbills: one made from 70% soft red winter wheat and 30% malted barley, and the other from 100% malted soft red winter wheat.
