    Aberfeldy 12 Year Old

Established in 1898 on the banks of the Pitilie Burn in the Scottish Highlands, Aberfeldy was built by John Dewar and Sons at a site chosen for the exceptional purity of its local water source, a burn celebrated for the traces of gold carried in its waters from the surrounding hills. The 12 Year Old is the accessible entry point into the distillery's core range, matured in handcrafted oak casks combining American oak ex-Bourbon and Sherry influences that work in harmony to develop Aberfeldy's characteristic honeyed richness and luxurious mouthfeel. Twelve years in wood imparts a natural golden hue, a full-bodied texture and a layered complexity that rewards both the newcomer and the more experienced collector. Its exceptional quality has been recognised with a Platinum Medal and Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2025, alongside a Bronze Medal at the International Wine and Spirit Competition 2024. Whether served neat, over ice or as the foundation for a premium whisky cocktail, this is a Highland single malt of genuine versatility and consistent quality, and a reliable and well-regarded gift for any occasion. Tasting Note by Aberfeldy: Scented with spiced and honeyed plump fruits and syrupy with lots of vanilla, fudge and just a whisper of smoke on the finish.

  • Sale -31%Perfect Gift Dewar's 21 Year Old Double Double Dewar's 21 Year Old Double Double

Dewar's 21 Year Old Double Double

Dewar's is one of Scotland's most storied blending houses, with a heritage stretching back to 1846 in Perth. This small batch expression was developed by Master Blender Stephanie Macleod, one of the most decorated figures in Scotch whisky, and introduces an innovative four-stage ageing process that takes the distillery's established double-ageing philosophy considerably further. The result has been recognised with a Platinum Medal and Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2025, as well as Gold for Best Scotch Blended at the World Whiskies Awards 2025. The process begins with the single malt and grain whiskies aged separately for 21 years. Each is then blended within its own style and returned to cask for further maturation before the two are combined and rested once more to allow the flavours to fully harmonise. A final finishing period in Oloroso sherry casks provides the concluding layer of complexity. Non-chill filtration and a bottling strength of 46% ABV ensure the whisky reaches the glass with its full character intact. Presented in a 50cl format, this is an exceptional choice for the collector or as a gift of genuine distinction. Tasting Note by Dewar's: Nose: Sweet stone fruits, golden honey, creamy vanilla and subtle citrus zest. Palate: Smooth white chocolate, delicate cinnamon spice and layered dried fruit with nutty undertones. Finish: Long and silky, with a refined balance of fruit, oak sweetness and the gentle warmth of sherry.

Laphroaig 10 Year Old Cask Strength (Batch 17)

Distilled on the storm-swept southern shore of Islay, Laphroaig has been producing some of the world's most recognisable and uncompromising single malts since 1815. The distillery's defining character comes from its own floor maltings, where barley is dried over a peat fire cut from the mossy bogs directly behind the buildings, and from the cold Atlantic air that shapes every cask as it matures in the warehouses facing the sea. That combination of place, process and patience is what makes Laphroaig one of the most distinctive addresses in Scotch whisky. Batch 17 of the Cask Strength expression is bottled without chill-filtration or water reduction, preserving the full natural character of the spirit exactly as it leaves the barrel. At 58.3% ABV, this is Laphroaig at its most direct and unadulterated, a release that rewards those who want to explore the distillery's signature interplay of sweet fruit, coastal salinity and deep Islay peat. Bunnahabhain 18 Year Old

Founded in 1881 on the remote northern shore of Islay, Bunnahabhain sits at the end of a single-track road on the Sound of Islay, only accessible by boat until 1960. Unlike most of its island neighbours, Bunnahabhain is celebrated for its unpeated house style, producing a lighter, oilier spirit from its unusually tall, pear-shaped stills whose elongated swan necks prevent heavier flavour compounds from reaching the cut. Mineral-rich water drawn from the Margadale Spring, sea air rolling in directly off the Sound, and a commitment to non-chill filtration without added colour define every expression across the range. Eighteen years of coastal maturation in Sherry casks transforms Bunnahabhain's naturally gentle spirit into something of genuine richness and depth. The extended time in wood draws out layers of dried fruit, honeyed nuttiness and warming spice, whilst the distillery's seafront warehouses leave their mark in the faintest whisper of sea salt that runs through the palate. Bottled at 46.3% ABV without chill-filtration, this is a classic example of what patient, sherry-led maturation achieves when the spirit beneath it is given the time and environment it deserves. A compelling addition to any collection and a well-considered gift for those who appreciate depth over showmanship. Tasting Note by Bunnahabhain:Nose: Fragrant with notes of dried fruit, rich honeyed nuts, toffee and slight hints of spice.Palate: Notes of mellow sherried nuts, dried fruit and rich oak, with toffee and a slight tang of salt from its maturation of 18yrs at the coast.Finish: A dry fruit finish with a hint of spice and salt.

  • Sale -15%New Release Bunnahabhain 15 Year Old Turas Math No.1 (The Westering Home Collection) Bunnahabhain 15 Year Old Turas Math No.1 (The Westering Home Collection)

Bunnahabhain 15 Year Old Turas Math No.1 (The Westering Home Collection)

Founded in 1881 on the remote northern shore of Islay, Bunnahabhain sits at the end of a single-track road on the Sound of Islay, making it one of the most isolated and characterful distilleries in Scotland. Its unusually tall, pear-shaped stills with elongated swan necks produce a lighter, oilier spirit than its Islay neighbours, and the distillery is notably one of the few on the island to work with unpeated barley. Mineral-rich water drawn from the Margadale Spring, sea air rolling in off the Sound, and a philosophy of non-chill filtration without added colour define the Bunnahabhain house style across every expression. Turas Math No.1 is the opening release in the Westering Home Collection, a three-part series rooted in the distillery's maritime heritage. The whisky is a marriage of two exceptional cask journeys, personally selected by Master Blender Julieann Fernandez. The first parcel was distilled in 2008 and spent its full 15 years maturing in Manzanilla Sherry casks from Jerez. The second parcel matured for a decade in refill casks before receiving a five-year finish in Amarone wine casks from the Veneto region of Italy. The union of these two paths produces a whisky of layered sweetness, coastal character and considered complexity, bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration or added colour. A compelling collector's release and an equally distinguished gift. Tasting Note by Bunnahabhain:Nose: A burst of dark fruits including black cherries, plums, and blackberries, intertwined with cloves and roasted nuts.Palate: Fresh cinnamon pastries and treacle toffee blend with hazelnut, dried figs, and soft herbal notes.Finish: Warm spices linger on the palate, accented by a hint of sea spray.

Macallan 18 Year Old 2007 Diamonds Are Forever 55th Anniversary Release

The Macallan Diamonds Are Forever 55th Anniversary Release marks a return to one of whisky's most celebrated cultural partnerships, reuniting The Macallan with James Bond to commemorate 55 years since the premiere of Diamonds Are Forever. The whisky was crafted by Whisky Maker Russell Greig, an avid Bond devotee who has translated the film's narrative arc directly into the cask selection, drawing on the film's locations, characters and pivotal scenes as the creative framework for this limited edition release. The cask composition reflects the film's storyline with deliberate precision. American white oak casks represent the Las Vegas and coastal California settings that dominate the picture, while sherry seasoned oak casks pay homage to Bond's connoisseurship of Solera sherry, a moment that surfaces early in the film. A selection of red wine seasoned casks acknowledges a later scene in which Bond's forensic knowledge of wine proves critical to the plot. The cask selection is completed with bespoke hybrid sherry seasoned oak casks, custom crafted from both European and American oak staves within a single cask, an expression of the innovative spirit shared by both Bond and The Macallan. Natural colour and non-chill filtration preserve the whisky's full integrity, and the presentation packaging draws on the film's original creative archive, offering a behind the scenes glimpse into its visual development. This is an unequivocally collection-worthy release. Tasting Note by The Macallan: Nose: Sophisticated notes of sweet polished oak, vanilla bean and rich dried fruits. Palate: Creamy vanilla and caramel, with hints of cocoa powder coated champagne truffles, coffee, dried fruits including figs, berries and apricots, and subtle trailing spices. Finish: Long and refined with a lingering warmth.
