  • Angel's Envy - JPHA Angel's Envy

    Angel's Envy

Angel's Envy was founded in Louisville, Kentucky, by master distiller Lincoln Henderson with a simple but ambitious philosophy: to take exceptional bourbon and make it better. The distillery's signature approach centres on secondary cask finishing, a process that sets it apart within the American whiskey category and has earned it recognition as the world's best-selling ultra-premium bourbon by volume, a distinction it has held consistently since 2020. The Kentucky Straight Bourbon begins with four to six years of ageing in new American white oak barrels before being transferred for up to six months into ruby Port wine casks imported from Portugal's Douro Valley. To ensure an exacting flavour profile, the bourbon is blended twice — once before the Port wine finish and once after — a level of care and precision that underpins the distillery's reputation for consistency and craft. The result is a whiskey of considerable smoothness and layered complexity, bottled at 86.6 proof. An approachable and beautifully presented expression, it makes an effortless gift for any whiskey enthusiast. • New Arrival SirDavis American Whisky SirDavis American Whisky

    SirDavis American Whisky

SirDavis is an award-winning American whisky founded by Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and crafted in partnership with Moët Hennessy and Dr. Bill Lumsden, five-time International Whisky Competition Master Distiller of the Year. The project draws on a deeply personal piece of family history: Knowles-Carter's paternal great-grandfather, Davis Hogue, was a successful moonshiner in the American South during Prohibition, concealing bottles in the hollow knots of cedar trees on his farm for friends and family. Four generations on, SirDavis honours that legacy and gives it an expression worthy of the craft. The liquid itself is a considered marriage of rye and malted barley, combining the bold, spicy character of rye with the softer, more rounded qualities of malt, before being finished in Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks that add a layer of dried fruit sweetness and depth. Dr. Lumsden, whose instinct for flavour balance is among the most decorated in the industry, spent years in research and blind tastings alongside Knowles-Carter to arrive at a profile designed to appeal equally to seasoned whisky drinkers and those newer to the category. The result has been recognised with Platinum, Gold and high-scoring medals across multiple international competitions in 2023, including Best in Class at the SIP Awards. A distinctive and conversation-worthy gift, and a genuinely original addition to any collection. Tasting Note by SirDavis: Nose: Tangy Seville oranges mingle with soft sun-kissed raisins, while sizzling spices of clove, cinnamon and ginger play with luxurious notes of Demerara sugar and toffee. Palate: Rich and buttery toffee followed by an array of spices with cinnamon, clove and classic rye spice up front, followed by soft, malty and biscuity notes intertwined with a vibrant citrus top note. Finish: Hints of honey with a soft, lingering finish reminiscent of plump sultanas and ripe cherries.

Produced at Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull, one of Scotland's oldest distilleries established in 1798, Ledaig is the distillery's peated single malt expression, shaped by the rugged maritime climate and wild Hebridean character of Mull's coastline. As the island's only whisky distillery, Tobermory crafts its spirits under the direction of Master Blender Julieann Fernandez, whose award-winning portfolio spans both the unpeated Tobermory range and the bold, smoky Ledaig expressions. Castaway is a limited edition of just 6,428 bottles worldwide, matured in a rare marriage of Caribbean rum casks and Mexican tequila casks, a first of its kind for the brand. Non-chill filtered and bottled at natural colour and cask strength, the dual-cask influence layers exotic fruit and agave depth onto Ledaig's signature island peat smoke, producing a whisky of vivid contrast and considerable complexity. A portion of proceeds supports the Mull and Iona Community Trust, adding further purpose to an already compelling release. Tasting Note by Ledaig:Nose: Coastal peat smoke with caramelised banana, lime zest and vanilla. Green apple, white pepper and a hint of sea spray.Palate: Bold smoky spice leads, balanced by grilled pineapple, brine and herbal agave. Black pepper, charred citrus and rich toffee develop through the mid-palate.Finish: Long and warming with smouldering peat embers, demerara sweetness, chilli heat and a final twist of lime.

  • New Release Bunnahabhain 15 Year Old Turas Math No.1 (The Westering Home Collection) Bunnahabhain 15 Year Old Turas Math No.1 (The Westering Home Collection)

Bunnahabhain 15 Year Old Turas Math No.1 (The Westering Home Collection)

Founded in 1881 on the remote northern shore of Islay, Bunnahabhain sits at the end of a single-track road on the Sound of Islay, making it one of the most isolated and characterful distilleries in Scotland. Its unusually tall, pear-shaped stills with elongated swan necks produce a lighter, oilier spirit than its Islay neighbours, and the distillery is notably one of the few on the island to work with unpeated barley. Mineral-rich water drawn from the Margadale Spring, sea air rolling in off the Sound, and a philosophy of non-chill filtration without added colour define the Bunnahabhain house style across every expression. Turas Math No.1 is the opening release in the Westering Home Collection, a three-part series rooted in the distillery's maritime heritage. The whisky is a marriage of two exceptional cask journeys, personally selected by Master Blender Julieann Fernandez. The first parcel was distilled in 2008 and spent its full 15 years maturing in Manzanilla Sherry casks from Jerez. The second parcel matured for a decade in refill casks before receiving a five-year finish in Amarone wine casks from the Veneto region of Italy. The union of these two paths produces a whisky of layered sweetness, coastal character and considered complexity, bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration or added colour. A compelling collector's release and an equally distinguished gift. Tasting Note by Bunnahabhain:Nose: A burst of dark fruits including black cherries, plums, and blackberries, intertwined with cloves and roasted nuts.Palate: Fresh cinnamon pastries and treacle toffee blend with hazelnut, dried figs, and soft herbal notes.Finish: Warm spices linger on the palate, accented by a hint of sea spray.

  • GlenAllachie 7 Year Old Hungarian Virgin Oak GlenAllachie 7 Year Old Hungarian Virgin Oak

GlenAllachie 7 Year Old Hungarian Virgin Oak

In Batch 3 of their Virgin Oak Series, The GlenAllachie proudly introduces an innovative single malt that embarked on a distinctive secondary aging journey in Hungarian oak. Master Distiller Billy Walker's quest for the extraordinary led him to the remote mountains of northeastern Hungary, specifically the Zemplén forest. This region's unique characteristics, including rocky volcanic soil, a colder climate, and higher altitude, result in slow-growing trees with tight-grained oak—an ideal quality for aging spirits. Driven by a desire to explore the potential of this rare oak, the barrels underwent a carefully controlled toasting and charring process before being filled with their intricate spirit. As one of the world's pioneering single malts finished in Hungarian virgin oak (Quercus Petraea), this whisky promises an aromatic, well-balanced, and exquisitely unique profile, marked by its silky smooth richness. Bottled at 48% alcohol by volume, with its natural color retained and without undergoing chill filtration. Tasting Note by GlenAllachie:Nose: Bursting with butterscotch, citrus and milk chocolate, with cinnamon, raisins, orchard fruits and ginger.Palate: Intense stewed spices enriched with honey, butterscotch, treacle, orange zest and hints of cloves.

  • Best Seller Glenfiddich 18 Year Old Glenfiddich 18 Year Old

    Glenfiddich 18 Year Old

Established in 1887 by William Grant in Dufftown, Speyside, Glenfiddich remains family-owned across five generations and is widely credited with pioneering the single malt category as we know it today. The distillery's commitment to independence has never wavered, and that same self-reliance extends to every aspect of production, from the copper stills crafted and maintained on site to the patient, unhurried approach to maturation that defines the house style. At eighteen years, the spirit has spent long enough in wood to develop genuine weight and complexity whilst retaining the fresh orchard fruit character that is distinctly Glenfiddich. The 18 Year Old is married in small batches of no more than 150 individually numbered casks, a process overseen with care to ensure extraordinary consistency across every release. The intense marrying period allows the whiskies from individual casks to fully integrate before bottling, producing a Flagship Collection expression that balances the richness of long maturation with the precision of small batch craft. • New Release Macallan The Harmony Inspired by Fresh Coconut Macallan The Harmony Inspired by Fresh Coconut

Macallan The Harmony Inspired by Fresh Coconut

The sixth and concluding release in The Macallan Harmony Collection, Inspired by Fresh Coconut is the first expression in The Macallan range to place coconut at the heart of its character — not through any added flavouring, but through the natural oak lactones present in specially selected sherry-seasoned American oak, finessed by bourbon casks for balance. This is a flavour-led release, not an age-stated one. The Whisky Mastery Team's focus throughout the Harmony Collection has been maturation itself — identifying, cask by cask, the flavours that oak alone can bring forward. Here, that process draws out fresh coconut, zesty lime and tropical fruit, layered with vanilla, sweet oak and gentle spice. The colour is entirely natural, with no added colouring. On the palate: sweet lime, lemon and vanilla sponge, desiccated coconut, coconut milk and dried tropical fruits, closing on a finish of coconut and floral honey. As the final chapter in a six-part series, this release completes The Macallan Harmony Collection. The presentation box is made from paper incorporating discarded coconut fibres, charred using an emission-free process for a natural black finish — in keeping with the release's character throughout. Tasting Note by The Macallan:Nose: Fresh coconut, zesty lime, citrus notes of lemon and orange, tropical mango and papaya, layered with vanilla, almond, sweet oak and a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon.Palate: Sweet lime, lemon and vanilla sponge with desiccated coconut, icing sugar, coconut milk, sweet oak and dried tropical fruits.Finish: Bursts of coconut and floral honey.

GlenAllachie 8 Year Old Scottish Virgin Oak

In Batch 3 of their Virgin Oak Series, The GlenAllachie proudly presents a rare single malt that underwent an additional maturation process in casks crafted from Scottish Sessile Oak (Quercus Petrae), sourced from the Atlantic coast. Handling Scottish oak proves challenging throughout the entire production process, from growth and milling to coopering. Due to its rarity, costliness, and tendency to form knots, it is an infrequently chosen wood for whisky maturation. Before being filled with whisky, the wood underwent an extensive 36-month air-drying period, followed by a medium-level toasting and charring process. Despite the inherent difficulties, this coveted oak variety imparts luxurious notes of blonde chocolate, accompanied by hints of zesty orange and velvety toffee, resulting in a truly distinctive and indulgent drinking experience. Bottled at 48% alcohol by volume, with its natural color preserved and without undergoing chill filtration. Tasting Note by GlenAllachie:Nose: Bursting with baked oats, butterscotch and toffee, with notes of cinnamon, gingersnaps and heather honey.Palate: Lashings of heather honey, orchard fruits and lemon zest, followed by white chocolate, cinnamon and ginger, with toffee and butterscotch on the finish.
