The English Oloroso Cask is an unpeated single malt created by marrying three sister casks. Matured in high-quality Oloroso casks, it offers rich aromas of toffee, apples, and chocolate. Limited to just 1,236 bottles, this non-chill filtered whisky features natural colouring and delivers a long, dry finish, highlighting its refined character.

Their traditional single malt, "The Original," is the real champion of Meikle Toir's peated endeavour. Made using St. Fergus mainland peat, the flavour contribution is sweeter than what one might expect from coastal peat. This unique approach using wood-rich Highland peat gives Benriach's peated whiskies a distinctly sweet and smoky character. The Smoky Ten is crafted from a combination of unpeated and peated spirit. It undergoes a triple maturation process, spending at least ten years in a combination of bourbon barrels, Jamaican rum casks, and toasted virgin oak.

Château d’Esclans Rosé 2022 is the estate wine of Caves d’Esclans, produced entirely from grapes grown on the property. Crafted from Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino), it is vinified through a combination of stainless steel and barrel fermentation, bringing together freshness and complexity. Harvesting takes place in the cool of the morning to preserve fruit quality, with Optical Eye Sorting ensuring only the best grapes are selected.
The winemaking process includes soft crushing, immediate cooling to retain vivacity, and closed circuit pressing to reduce oxidation. Free run juice is then divided between 600-litre temperature-controlled oak demi-muids and stainless steel tanks. Battonage is carried out twice weekly over eight months before bottling, resulting in a rosé that is smooth and creamy in texture, rich on the palate, and long in finish.

Château Minuty 281 is the estate’s haute-couture cuvée, first released in 2015. Its name refers to Pantone 281, the intense Mediterranean blue adorning the bottle neck. The wine pays tribute to the sea that influences the vineyard and to Etienne Matton, who in the 1970s began cloning Minuty’s exclusive Grenache vines that today form the backbone of this cuvée.
The 2024 vintage comes from a selection of the estate’s finest plots on schist, clay, and sand terroirs. Grapes are hand-picked, with only free-run juice used. Vinification is carried out at low temperatures in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation to preserve purity. The result is a rosé with precision, elegance, and striking length, crafted for gastronomy and fine dining.

Bottled at a robust 46% abv, it retains its natural colour and avoids chill filtration. This release is limited, with only 8,082 bottles, each uniquely numbered.

The Glentauchers 12-Year-Old 2010, selected by Milroy's, is a single malt that was initially matured in a refill hogshead before being reracked into a first-fill Manzanilla hogshead for further aging. This whisky, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2022, has an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 56.3%. This particular expression was limited to just 251 bottles, making it a rare and collectible release.

This Ben Nevis 10-Year-Old 2012 release, curated by Milroy's, is a distinctive single malt whisky aged in a first-fill French oak Oloroso sherry hogshead, after being transferred from a refill hogshead for an enhanced maturation process. Distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2020, it boasts a robust 57.1% ABV. From cask number 1728, this particular batch yielded a limited run of only 278 bottles.
