The Port Charlotte Islay Barley 2014 is a sophisticated single malt whisky, known for its subtle yet intricate blend of fruit and smoke. It's made from 100% Islay Concerto and Propino barley, heavily peated and distilled in 2014 from the 2013 harvest. Aged for seven years, its maturation involves 84% in first-fill bourbon casks, with the remaining portion split between second-fill Virgin oak and wine casks.
