Suntory brings together malt and grain whiskies from its Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, every one aged over 21 years. Yamazaki sherry-cask malt sits at the heart of the blend, with a thread of rare Japanese Mizunara oak adding sandalwood and a gentle incense note. The result isn’t about power or peat. Bunnahabhain distilled this whisky in 1999. Ten years later, it was moved into an Amontillado sherry cask, then Oloroso, then Manzanilla — three casks applied in sequence rather than simultaneously, each one following the last. Seven years of sequential finishing followed the initial ten years of maturation, for twenty-three years total.
Bunnahabhain is one of the few distilleries on Islay producing unpeated whisky. This bottle carries no peat. It is bottled at cask strength, 53.3%, non-chill filtered, with no added colour.
This release is one of 4,002 individually numbered bottles from the Feis Île 2024 release, Bunnahabhain's annual festival bottling. It is not part of the distillery's standard core range.

Rémy Martin Coupe 300th Anniversary is a special release created to mark 300 years of the House of Rémy Martin. Crafted by Cellar Master Baptiste Loiseau, it draws on the House’s Réserve Perpétuelle, continuing a lineage of anniversary Cognacs stretching back through previous Coupe releases.
Created from Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, Coupe 300 combines mature character with freshness and complexity, reflecting three centuries of Rémy Martin’s Cognac-making heritage.
Limited to 6,724 individually numbered carafes worldwide, each bottle is presented in a bespoke wooden case with a numbered certificate, making Coupe 300 one of the defining releases of Rémy Martin’s 300th anniversary.

An aged Islay single malt Scotch whisky that explores the influence of three decades of oak maturation on the distillery's distinctive balance of peat smoke, fruit and maritime character.
The whisky is matured for 30 years in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and sherry casks. These two cask types contribute different characteristics to the finished expression, with bourbon barrels providing vanilla and oak sweetness while sherry casks introduce richer dried fruit and spice influences.
Bowmore's coastal location on Islay plays an important role in the distillery's identity. Its traditionally peated spirit develops over an extended maturation period, allowing the smoke to become more integrated with the fruit and oak characteristics of the whisky.
The 2023 release forms part of Bowmore's annual 30 Year Old series, which showcases the distillery's long-aged single malt through carefully selected mature casks.
The 2023 edition was limited to 2,568 bottles and bottled at 45.9% ABV. Its presentation draws inspiration from the natural landscape of Islay, particularly the textures of weathered driftwood and sea glass.

This is a meticulously crafted blended malt, made using Dewar’s unique four-stage ageing process. Developed by Master Blender Stephanie MacLeod, the method involves ageing individual malts separately, then marrying Speyside malts together, and Highland and Islay malts together, before blending all the components and finishing the whisky in Madeira casks. The result is a layered and refined expression of Scottish malt whisky. It’s presented in a striking black glass bottle with a four-point design that reflects the precision and structure of the ageing process.
Aberfeldy Distillery sits in the foothills of the Central Highlands, on the banks of the River Tay, and has been producing single malt since 1898. This 25 Year Old is a limited release bottled to mark the distillery's 125th anniversary, representing Aberfeldy's house style at its most refined, spending over two decades in refill hogsheads and refill butts before being finished for more than a year in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, a final stage that adds depth, richness and warming spice to the distillery's characteristically honeyed and fruit-driven spirit.

Tasting Note by Aberfeldy:Luxuriously succulent. With notes of Highland honey, wild strawberries and ripe peaches warmed by the sun, the aroma builds with cocoa powder, creamy caramel and warming cinnamon. On the palate, delicate fruit rests on a malty, cereal base, with a hint of vanilla coffee and a long, satisfying finish.
Tobermory 27 Year Old is the fifth and final expression in the distillery’s Hebridean Series, bringing the collection to a close with its oldest and most powerful release.
Initially matured in ex-bourbon casks, the whisky spent a further 12 years in González Byass Oloroso sherry casks, developing a rich and concentrated character while retaining Tobermory’s distinctive fruit-led style. Bottled at 53.1% ABV, it is also the highest-strength expression of the later Hebridean releases.
The extended Oloroso maturation brings layers of dark fruit, warming spice and mature oak, complemented by brighter notes of apricot, orange and pineapple. At 27 years old, it represents the culmination of the series’ progression through increasingly long periods of sherry maturation.
Presented as Expression 5, Tobermory 27 Year Old is a fitting final chapter for collectors of the Hebridean Series and an impressive example of long-aged, heavily sherried Tobermory.

Established in 1923 in Shimamoto, Osaka Prefecture, Yamazaki is Japan's first and oldest malt whisky distillery and the foundation of Suntory's whisky heritage. The distillery's mastery of Mizunara oak, a rare and characterful Japanese timber notoriously difficult to season and cooperage, is among the most distinctive aspects of its craft, and one that sets Yamazaki apart from any other whisky producer in the world.
The 18 Year Old Mizunara 2024 Edition is the product of years of experimentation by Yamazaki's blending team, who discovered that the true potential of Mizunara casks is unlocked only through extended maturation. Eighteen years in this exceptional Japanese oak imparts an unmistakeable spiciness alongside notes of sandalwood and aloe, producing a whisky of rare complexity where fruit, spice and wood notes engage in a rich and elegant harmony. Distilled on 12th July 2000 and matured for two decades in a refill puncheon, this double cask expression was finished in a Tokaji (white wine) cask from 12th August 2021, chosen and overseen personally by Royal Brackla's Malt Master, Stephanie Macleod.
Royal Brackla holds a unique place in whisky history as the first single malt ever granted a Royal Warrant, earning it the name "The King's Own Whisky." Founded in 1812 by Captain William Fraser, the distillery's Highland character has always leaned toward the elegant and the fruit-driven, qualities this cask brings fully into focus.
