Bottled at natural cask strength of 51.7% without chill-filtration, this is a collector's release of considerable distinction. Bunnahabhain 15 Year Old Turas Math No.1 (The Westering Home Collection)

Founded in 1881 on the remote northern shore of Islay, Bunnahabhain sits at the end of a single-track road on the Sound of Islay, making it one of the most isolated and characterful distilleries in Scotland. Its unusually tall, pear-shaped stills with elongated swan necks produce a lighter, oilier spirit than its Islay neighbours, and the distillery is notably one of the few on the island to work with unpeated barley. Mineral-rich water drawn from the Margadale Spring, sea air rolling in off the Sound, and a philosophy of non-chill filtration without added colour define the Bunnahabhain house style across every expression. Turas Math No.1 is the opening release in the Westering Home Collection, a three-part series rooted in the distillery's maritime heritage. The whisky is a marriage of two exceptional cask journeys, personally selected by Master Blender Julieann Fernandez. The first parcel was distilled in 2008 and spent its full 15 years maturing in Manzanilla Sherry casks from Jerez. The second parcel matured for a decade in refill casks before receiving a five-year finish in Amarone wine casks from the Veneto region of Italy. The union of these two paths produces a whisky of layered sweetness, coastal character and considered complexity, bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration or added colour. A compelling collector's release and an equally distinguished gift. Tasting Note by Bunnahabhain:Nose: A burst of dark fruits including black cherries, plums, and blackberries, intertwined with cloves and roasted nuts.Palate: Fresh cinnamon pastries and treacle toffee blend with hazelnut, dried figs, and soft herbal notes.Finish: Warm spices linger on the palate, accented by a hint of sea spray.

  • Angel's Envy - JPHA Angel's Envy

    Angel's Envy

Angel's Envy was founded in Louisville, Kentucky, by master distiller Lincoln Henderson with a simple but ambitious philosophy: to take exceptional bourbon and make it better. The distillery's signature approach centres on secondary cask finishing, a process that sets it apart within the American whiskey category and has earned it recognition as the world's best-selling ultra-premium bourbon by volume, a distinction it has held consistently since 2020. The Kentucky Straight Bourbon begins with four to six years of ageing in new American white oak barrels before being transferred for up to six months into ruby Port wine casks imported from Portugal's Douro Valley. To ensure an exacting flavour profile, the bourbon is blended twice — once before the Port wine finish and once after — a level of care and precision that underpins the distillery's reputation for consistency and craft. The result is a whiskey of considerable smoothness and layered complexity, bottled at 86.6 proof. An approachable and beautifully presented expression, it makes an effortless gift for any whiskey enthusiast. Tasting Note by Angel's Envy:Nose: Subtle vanilla, raisins, maple syrup and toasted nuts.Palate: Vanilla, ripe fruit, maple syrup, toast and bitter chocolate.Finish: Clean and lingering sweetness with a hint of Madeira that slowly fades.

GlenAllachie 8 Year Old Scottish Virgin Oak

In Batch 3 of their Virgin Oak Series, The GlenAllachie proudly presents a rare single malt that underwent an additional maturation process in casks crafted from Scottish Sessile Oak (Quercus Petrae), sourced from the Atlantic coast. Handling Scottish oak proves challenging throughout the entire production process, from growth and milling to coopering. Due to its rarity, costliness, and tendency to form knots, it is an infrequently chosen wood for whisky maturation. Before being filled with whisky, the wood underwent an extensive 36-month air-drying period, followed by a medium-level toasting and charring process. Despite the inherent difficulties, this coveted oak variety imparts luxurious notes of blonde chocolate, accompanied by hints of zesty orange and velvety toffee, resulting in a truly distinctive and indulgent drinking experience. Bottled at 48% alcohol by volume, with its natural color preserved and without undergoing chill filtration. Tasting Note by GlenAllachie:Nose: Bursting with baked oats, butterscotch and toffee, with notes of cinnamon, gingersnaps and heather honey.Palate: Lashings of heather honey, orchard fruits and lemon zest, followed by white chocolate, cinnamon and ginger, with toffee and butterscotch on the finish.

GlenAllachie 7 Year Old Hungarian Virgin Oak

In Batch 3 of their Virgin Oak Series, The GlenAllachie proudly introduces an innovative single malt that embarked on a distinctive secondary aging journey in Hungarian oak. Master Distiller Billy Walker's quest for the extraordinary led him to the remote mountains of northeastern Hungary, specifically the Zemplén forest. This region's unique characteristics, including rocky volcanic soil, a colder climate, and higher altitude, result in slow-growing trees with tight-grained oak—an ideal quality for aging spirits. Driven by a desire to explore the potential of this rare oak, the barrels underwent a carefully controlled toasting and charring process before being filled with their intricate spirit. As one of the world's pioneering single malts finished in Hungarian virgin oak (Quercus Petraea), this whisky promises an aromatic, well-balanced, and exquisitely unique profile, marked by its silky smooth richness. • New Arrival SirDavis American Whisky SirDavis American Whisky

    SirDavis American Whisky

SirDavis is an award-winning American whisky founded by Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and crafted in partnership with Moët Hennessy and Dr. Bill Lumsden, five-time International Whisky Competition Master Distiller of the Year. The project draws on a deeply personal piece of family history: Knowles-Carter's paternal great-grandfather, Davis Hogue, was a successful moonshiner in the American South during Prohibition, concealing bottles in the hollow knots of cedar trees on his farm for friends and family. Four generations on, SirDavis honours that legacy and gives it an expression worthy of the craft. The liquid itself is a considered marriage of rye and malted barley, combining the bold, spicy character of rye with the softer, more rounded qualities of malt, before being finished in Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks that add a layer of dried fruit sweetness and depth. Dr. Lumsden, whose instinct for flavour balance is among the most decorated in the industry, spent years in research and blind tastings alongside Knowles-Carter to arrive at a profile designed to appeal equally to seasoned whisky drinkers and those newer to the category. Bunnahabhain 15 Year Old White Port Cask Finish (The Westering Home Collection 2026)

Founded in 1881 on the north-eastern shore of Islay at the mouth of the Sound of Islay, Bunnahabhain is the island's most northerly distillery and one of its most distinctive. Unlike its Islay neighbours, Bunnahabhain produces an unpeated single malt, allowing the quality of the spirit itself and the influence of cask maturation to define every expression. The distillery's tall, pear-shaped stills with unusually long swan necks promote a lighter, more delicate character, while non-chill filtration and natural colouring preserve the full integrity of the spirit. The 15 Year Old White Port Cask Finish is the first release under the An Cuan Garbh chapter of the Westering Home Collection, a series inspired by Islay's anthem of return and belonging. Master Blender Julieann Fernandez selected white port casks from Portugal's Douro Valley to finish the spirit, imparting layers of orchard fruit, honeyed depth and soft citrus that complement the distillery's naturally smooth and oily character. The expression was awarded Gold at the International Spirits Challenge 2026, and as a limited Fèis Ìle release it represents a significant addition to any Bunnahabhain or Islay collection. Tasting Note by Bunnahabhain:Nose: Honeysuckle, elderflower, orchard fruit, candied citrus and honey warmth.Palate: Peach, apricot, candied lemon zest, honeyed almonds, toasted malt and ginger spice.Finish: Lingering nutty warmth with sweet candied fruit.

Aberfeldy 21 Year Old Argentinian Malbec Wine Cask Finish

The Aberfeldy 21 Year Old Argentinian Malbec Cask Finish is the result of a remarkable collaboration between Malt Master Stephanie Macleod and award-winning winemaker Daniel Pi of Finca Ambrosia, one of Argentina's most prestigious estates. Having travelled to the Uco Valley in Argentina, Stephanie personally selected Malbec casks from Finca Ambrosia to bring an entirely new dimension to the Aberfeldy character — a partnership between two masters of their craft that has produced something genuinely distinctive within the distillery's wine cask series. Aberfeldy Distillery was established in 1898 in Perthshire, drawing process water from the gold-laced Pitilie Burn and producing a fruity, richly honeyed Highland single malt in alembic copper pot stills crafted by Forsyths. Here, 21 years of patient maturation have been completed by a finishing period in Malbec wine casks, which lend vivid red fruit character, gentle floral notes and a subtle tartness that sits in elegant balance with the distillery's signature honeyed sweetness. Bottled at 46% ABV, this limited edition release is as well suited to the collector as it is to the enthusiast seeking something beyond the expected.
