Ardbeg Vintage Y2K marks a pivotal moment in the distillery’s history, celebrating the year 2000 as the beginning of its modern revival. Following The Glenmorangie Company’s acquisition in 1997, Ardbeg underwent extensive renovation, and by the millennium, production was reignited, ushering in a new era for Islay’s legendary distillery.
This 24 Year Old expression brings together spirit distilled on Ardbeg’s old stills with innovative modern techniques. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and hand-selected Amontillado sherry casks, it showcases Dr Bill Lumsden’s favourite style of sherry, adding depth and elegance to Ardbeg’s trademark smoky intensity. Released to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Ardbeg Committee, Vintage Y2K is a unique fusion of old and new, representing a true smoky anomaly in the distillery’s story.
Tasting Notes by Ardbeg:Nose: Deep, pungent and spicy with creamy toffee, flowering blackcurrant, creosote, coal tar soap, antique leather and almond nuts. With water, notes of charcoal, graphite and damp moss emerge, finishing with a distinct sooty character.Palate: Powerful and smoky with coal tar, woodsmoke and antiseptic lozenges intertwined with bonfire embers. Subtle notes of toffee, leather, cinnamon and clove emerge from the Amontillado influence.Finish: Long and lingering with menthol, eucalyptus, linseed oil and charcoal.
The emblem of the distillery stems from an annual tradition upheld by its Master Tequileros, involving the selection of only the most subtly and elegantly flavored casks from hundreds, to mark the end of each season. With time, this exquisite combination of extra-añejos, aged for up to 85 months, has come to be known as the Founder's Selection.

With flavors of dark chocolate, dried fruit, berries, a slight touch of tobacco and spices. Of great persistence on the palate.Finish: Surprisingly elegant, balanced and harmonious. Ilegal Mezcal is produced in Oaxaca, Mexico, where traditional Espadín agave cultivation and artisanal production methods have shaped the region's distilling identity for centuries. Founded by John Rexer, Ilegal began as a passion project before establishing itself as one of the most decorated mezcal brands in the world, earning recognition from Esquire and gold medals at both the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the Tequila.net Awards.
Each batch of the Reposado is aged to taste for six months rather than to a fixed bottling date, using a combination of new and used American oak barrels with a medium char, sourced from Kelvin Cooperage, a family-run business since 1963. The result is a velvety, approachable mezcal that retains the wild agave character of the spirit whilst gaining a gentle layer of oak refinement.

Roebuck Estates Blanc de Noirs 2015 is an exclusive creation meticulously crafted from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes cultivated in our Roman Villa vineyard. Following a rigorous selection process, these grapes undergo whole-bunch pressing and partial fermentation in the finest French oak casks. A generous period of lees aging, lasting a minimum of 36 months, imparts depth, complexity, and richness to this wine. While it is currently enjoyable, its potential for improvement with further bottle aging is undeniable, promising an even more exceptional drinking experience in the future.

The Bruichladdich Organic Barley 2012, crafted from 100% Scottish barley, epitomizes the synergy between single malt whisky and the land. This barley is cultivated sustainably, without relying on agrochemicals, fertilizers, or pesticides, thereby nurturing the soil in which it grows.
Tasting Note by Bruichladich: Nose: Distinct cereal notes open on the nose, with dried hay, barley straw and malty biscuit. A sweet combination of Crème brûlée, coconut, butterscotch, and vanilla from the oak follow while earthy barley grows over time, enhanced by floral notes and sweet dried apricot and pear.Palate: A creamy texture coats the palate, with a peppery hint of spice followed by floral heather honey. The malty character of the grain comes to the fore, with notes of warm scones and barley straw. The American oak adds an additional layer of sweetness, with fresh vanilla, marzipan and coconut. The Tomintoul 14 Years Old Cognac Cask Finish, distilled in 2009, began its maturation journey in ex-bourbon American oak casks before receiving a special finish in carefully selected Cognac casks personally sourced by Master Distiller Robert Fleming from France. These Cognac casks have seamlessly enhanced the Tomintoul Single Malt with rich fruit flavours, elevating the whisky's character and complexity. Bottled at a robust 46% abv, it retains its natural colour and avoids chill filtration. This release is limited, with only 8,082 bottles, each uniquely numbered.
