Tasting Note by Balvenie:Nose: Gentle sweet peat smoke, lighter floral notes and delicate butterscotch honey.Palate: Velvety and round to taste with the peat smoke balancing citrus flavours, oaky vanilla and blossom honey.Finish: Gentle smoke with a lingering and creamy vanilla sweetness.
The casks were expertly aged in premium Pedro Ximénez & Oloroso Sherry puncheons, which added rich, fruity undertones that blend seamlessly with comforting peat smoke using mainland materials.The sweet phenolic concentration of the whisky is 35 PPM and comes from St. Fergus peat a prolonged. A 160-hour fermentation process yields a fruit-forward spirit that is ideal for maturing in highest quality Sherry oak.
Tasting Note by Meikle Toir:Nose: Cedarwood and cigar box, alongside butterscotch, mocha and orange peel, with hints of honey and plum jam.Palate: Rich dark chocolate, smoked honey and mocha, followed by fig syrup, treacle and burnt sugar, with puffs of peat smoke on the finish.
Ledaig 10 is a meticulously crafted 10 year old single malt whisky known for its unique smoky profile, originating from Tobermory Distillery. Much like all their single malts, this peated Ledaig undergoes no chill filtration and retains its natural colour. It's bottled at 46.3% ABV and is made using peated barley (30-40ppm) of the concerto variety.
Tasting Note by Tobymory: Nose: Sweet briny smokiness with distinct island character and playful notes that hint at mild antiseptic, creosote, wax polish, mint chocolate and floral seaside aromas. Ardbeg Corryvreckan, inspired by the intense whirlpool off Islay's coast, is a bold and complex single malt that mirrors the whirlpool's audacious nature. It offers a tumult of deep, peaty, and peppery flavors, demanding respect and appreciation. Recognised as the World's Best Single Malt in 2010, this non-chill filtered whisky is matured in ex-bourbon casks, with no age statement, and has a high ABV of 57.1%. It's distinguished by its rich amber color, embodying both the wildness of nature and the finesse of expert whisky crafting.
Tasting Note by Ardbeg:Nose: Heady, intense and powerful. Swirl the glass and dip your nose into the torrents of tarry ropes, creosote and linseed oil rising from deep within the vortex. A collision of waxy dark chocolate, warm blackcurrants and muscovado sugar pulls you under its spell with a burst of plump cherries and earthy pine needles leaping from its depths. From salty seasoning comes a briny character with tangy crisp seaweed and smoky bacon swirling on the surface with hints of sweet vanilla, spicy cloves and blueberries. Surrender to its dangerous depths with the heady force of menthol, treacle and chilli sauce.Palate: Plunge into the whirlpool and torrents of taste well up on the palate; deep, peppery and chewy, bombarding the tongue. The first plunge brings forth chewy peppered steak soaked in pepper sauce with the tang of crispy seaweed. As you descend deeper, encounter a mouthful of black tarry espresso coffee that coats the palate with rich melted dark fruits (blackcurrants, blueberries and cherries) and bitter almonds. In the most recent Limited Edition release from Ledaig, the whisky brims with flavor, having been fully matured in red wine casks and bottled at cask strength (56.8% ABV). This particular expression of peated Ledaig has enjoyed 9 years of maturation in the finest Bordeaux red wine casks. The result is a whisky with distinct notes of heather, pine cones, woody sea salt, and floral undertones that linger on the finish. As with all Ledaig whiskies, this release is presented in its natural color and is non-chillfiltered, allowing its character to shine through in the form of intense and rich flavors.

Bottled at 46% and non-chill filtered, this balanced whisky is a testament to the expertise of Master Blender Michael Henry.
Tasting Note by Loch Lomond:Nose: Crisp green apple, ripe pear and refreshing citrus lemon with background notes of golden cereal.Palate: Orchard fruits and lemon meringue. Using a combination of Straight Neck and traditional Swan Neck Stills, the Inchomoan 12 emphasises soft smoke and warming spice, the two key elements of Loch Lomond's character. Master blender Michael Henry skilfully uses three types of American Oak casks to capture captivating notes of wood, peat smoke, roasted coffee, green apple, clove, and aniseed spice.

Drú is a cask strength single malt from the Indian brand Indri, distilled and matured in bourbon casks under the extreme temperatures of India's northern plains. The name 'Drú' originates from Sanskrit, meaning wood, tree, or a wooden vessel, which ties back to ancient mythology where Dru was a vessel used to collect 'soma' for the Gods. This whisky, bottled at 57.2% ABV without any added colour or chill-filtering, retains the robust flavours shaped by its unique cask profile and ageing conditions.
Tasting Note by Indri: Nose: Whiff of mixed fruit basket, vanilla, subtle citrus hints, gentle spice, chocolate and honey tones expressing robust nose profile.Palate: Sweetish fruity forward taste with, soft spice followed immediately with sweet vanilla, hint of chocolate with wood lactones and citrus appearing from the back of the palate.Finish: Fuller bodies, complex with mixed fruit finish that is fairly long, chewable and salivating dram.
The primary offering from the Eigashima distillery, "Akashi Blend," is a whisky composition consisting of 20% malted barley. Inspired by the desire to create a fruitier and sweeter iteration of Balvenie, Apprentice Malt Master Kelsey McKechnie embarked on a novel experiment. She introduced Virgin Oak barrels from Kentucky and subjected them to a deep toasting process at The Balvenie Cooperage. These barrels were then filled with Balvenie whisky previously aged in ex-bourbon barrels. The outcome is a remarkably intricate whisky brimming with notes of candied fruit, coconut, and delicate vanilla.

First produced in the early 1990s, Blanc de Blancs was the original style crafted at Nyetimber and remains one of its most celebrated expressions. Made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay, this vintage cuvée highlights the precision, purity and finesse of the estate’s winemaking.
The 2017 vintage reflects the chalk-rich soils of the South Downs, combined with extended lees ageing of over 60 months. Despite challenging frost conditions early in the season, the grapes achieved excellent quality, resulting in a wine of balance, minerality and elegance.
