Château d’Esclans Rosé 2022 is the estate wine of Caves d’Esclans, produced entirely from grapes grown on the property. Crafted from Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino), it is vinified through a combination of stainless steel and barrel fermentation, bringing together freshness and complexity. Harvesting takes place in the cool of the morning to preserve fruit quality, with Optical Eye Sorting ensuring only the best grapes are selected.
The winemaking process includes soft crushing, immediate cooling to retain vivacity, and closed circuit pressing to reduce oxidation. Free run juice is then divided between 600-litre temperature-controlled oak demi-muids and stainless steel tanks.
