This is the first-ever American wheat whisky from the Maker’s Mark distillery, crafted to showcase the influence of the land at Star Hill Farm. The 2025 inaugural release is built on two mashbills: one made from 70% soft red winter wheat and 30% malted barley, and the other from 100% malted soft red winter wheat. By embracing regenerative agriculture practices and careful maturation, the whisky highlights the grain’s natural character with depth and balance.

Legent is the result of a collaboration between Fred Noe, seventh-generation Master Distiller of Jim Beam, and Suntory’s fifth-ever Chief Blender, Shinji Fukuyo. Crafted from premium grains and Kentucky limestone water, the whiskey begins as Kentucky Straight Bourbon before portions are matured in red wine and sherry casks. Fukuyo then blends these secondary-finished bourbons with classic Kentucky bourbon, merging two traditions into one expression.
This innovative process results in a whiskey that balances the rich sweetness of bourbon with layered notes influenced by wine and sherry oak, creating a refined spirit with remarkable depth.

Project 04 // Inverarity Morton is a limited-edition blended Scotch whisky created in collaboration with Inverarity Morton—a family-run business supporting the whisky trade since 1945. With a focus on bold character and versatility, this malt-forward blend was designed to surprise and delight, whether served neat or in mixed drinks.
Blended in February 2024 and bottled at 49.1% ABV, only 470 bottles were produced. The whisky features an extended finishing period in a yet-to-be-specified cask, chosen to add a final flourish in honour of Inverarity Morton’s ‘extra mile’ ethos.
