Château Minuty 281 is the estate’s haute-couture cuvée, first released in 2015. Its name refers to Pantone 281, the intense Mediterranean blue adorning the bottle neck. The wine pays tribute to the sea that influences the vineyard and to Etienne Matton, who in the 1970s began cloning Minuty’s exclusive Grenache vines that today form the backbone of this cuvée.
The 2024 vintage comes from a selection of the estate’s finest plots on schist, clay, and sand terroirs. Grapes are hand-picked, with only free-run juice used. Vinification is carried out at low temperatures in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation to preserve purity. The result is a rosé with precision, elegance, and striking length, crafted for gastronomy and fine dining.

Minuty M is the emblematic cuvée of Château Minuty, crafted from grapes sourced across the varied terroirs of the Côtes de Provence. The 2024 vintage brings together continental and maritime influences, resulting in a rosé that is fresh, immediate and full of charm.
The blend is composed of Grenache (60%), Syrah (20%), Cinsault (15%) and Tibouren (5%). Grenache provides backbone and ripe fruit, Syrah adds colour and spice, Cinsault contributes delicacy, while Tibouren lends structure and a touch of Provençal character.

The GlenAllachie 11 Year Old 2014 (The Sinteis Series) takes its name from the Scottish Gaelic word 'Sinteis', meaning 'synthesis', reflecting the distillery's blending of distinct cask types. Strathearn Batch 02 Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the second release from Strathearn Distillery. It combines spirit matured in ex-Bourbon, Virgin Oak, and ex-Sherry oak casks, with a greater influence from Bourbon casks and less from Virgin Oak compared to the previous release.
Batch 02 is created from a vatting of 31 selected casks, including stock inherited by and produced under Douglas Laing's ownership. Bottled at 50% ABV, the whisky is free from added colouring and chill-filtration.
