Château Minuty 281 is the estate’s haute-couture cuvée, first released in 2015. Its name refers to Pantone 281, the intense Mediterranean blue adorning the bottle neck. The wine pays tribute to the sea that influences the vineyard and to Etienne Matton, who in the 1970s began cloning Minuty’s exclusive Grenache vines that today form the backbone of this cuvée.
The 2024 vintage comes from a selection of the estate’s finest plots on schist, clay, and sand terroirs. Grapes are hand-picked, with only free-run juice used. Vinification is carried out at low temperatures in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation to preserve purity. The result is a rosé with precision, elegance, and striking length, crafted for gastronomy and fine dining.

Minuty M is the emblematic cuvée of Château Minuty, crafted from grapes sourced across the varied terroirs of the Côtes de Provence. The 2024 vintage brings together continental and maritime influences, resulting in a rosé that is fresh, immediate and full of charm.
The blend is composed of Grenache (60%), Syrah (20%), Cinsault (15%) and Tibouren (5%). Grenache provides backbone and ripe fruit, Syrah adds colour and spice, Cinsault contributes delicacy, while Tibouren lends structure and a touch of Provençal character.

Inspired by the tradition of tasting straight from the cask in the distillery’s coastal warehouses, this annual limited-edition release presents Bunnahabhain in its purest form. Matured for 12 years on the north-eastern shores of Islay, the whisky is unpeated and shaped by the maritime climate, clear spring water, and a careful selection of Oloroso sherry casks.
For 2025, Master Blender Julieann Fernandez has chosen a combination of predominantly second-fill Oloroso casks, balanced by first-fill and refill, creating a nuanced, distillate-led profile. This edition places emphasis on balance and layered complexity, with subtle sherry influence complementing rather than dominating the robust Islay spirit.

The Sinteis Series takes its name from the Scottish Gaelic word for “synthesis,” representing GlenAllachie’s innovative approach to cask maturation. Part 2 of the series brings together two contrasting yet complementary styles: spirit matured in classic Oloroso sherry casks and whisky from rare Scottish virgin oak barrels.
This dual-cask combination delivers a fusion of richness and vibrancy. The Oloroso casks contribute depth, sherried sweetness and spice, while the Scottish virgin oak imparts bold structure, nutty character and local provenance. As part of the Mizunara Series, this expression represents a core extension of the Yamazaki brand, highlighting the artistry and rarity of Japanese Mizunara oak. Known for its distinctive aroma and flavour, Mizunara has been integral to Yamazaki since the 1940s, when scarcity of American oak after the war led to its adoption. The wood is notoriously difficult to work with, requiring trees over 200 years old and more than 70 cm in diameter to yield usable casks, making each release a rare achievement.
Matured exclusively in Mizunara oak for 18 years, this whisky captures the complexity and depth associated with Japan’s most elusive cask type. The Mizunara oak imparts notes of sandalwood, agarwood, and oriental spice, complementing Yamazaki’s refined character.

Part of Aberfeldy’s Exceptional Cask Series, this limited-edition release was selected by Malt Master Stephanie Macleod. Distilled in 2002, the whisky spent the majority of its maturation in refill and rechar hogsheads before being transferred in 2019 to Pauillac red wine casks from Bordeaux, a region celebrated for wines of both elegance and power. Home to iconic estates such as Château Mouton-Rothschild, Château Latour, and Château Lafite-Rothschild, Pauillac is known for wines with cassis, blackberry, tobacco, spice, and cedar notes.
The whisky was bottled in 2023, yielding just 282 bottles. The Pauillac cask influence enriches Aberfeldy’s trademark honeyed Highland character with layers of ripe fruit and vinous depth, creating a balance between sweetness and dark berry richness.

Part of the Oak Masters’ Series, this limited release sees Glengoyne’s unpeated Highland spirit matured in a mix of refill and first fill sherry casks for ten years before spending a further six in Mizunara oak. Known for its rarity and complexity, Mizunara adds a distinctly Eastern influence to the whisky’s character, an intriguing contrast to Glengoyne’s classic rounded, fruity style.
Bottled at 53.4% ABV, this is a richer and more concentrated take on Glengoyne, shaped slowly over time without a set finish date. The result is a whisky that brings together the delicate sweetness of the distillate with the structure, spice and gentle incense-like quality of Mizunara oak.
