Laphroaig Triple Wood is a bold and layered Islay single malt, matured through three distinct cask types to achieve remarkable depth and complexity. Château d’Esclans Rosé 2022 is the estate wine of Caves d’Esclans, produced entirely from grapes grown on the property. Crafted from Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino), it is vinified through a combination of stainless steel and barrel fermentation, bringing together freshness and complexity. Harvesting takes place in the cool of the morning to preserve fruit quality, with Optical Eye Sorting ensuring only the best grapes are selected.
The winemaking process includes soft crushing, immediate cooling to retain vivacity, and closed circuit pressing to reduce oxidation. Free run juice is then divided between 600-litre temperature-controlled oak demi-muids and stainless steel tanks. Battonage is carried out twice weekly over eight months before bottling, resulting in a rosé that is smooth and creamy in texture, rich on the palate, and long in finish.

Château Minuty 281 is the estate’s haute-couture cuvée, first released in 2015. Its name refers to Pantone 281, the intense Mediterranean blue adorning the bottle neck. The 2024 vintage comes from a selection of the estate’s finest plots on schist, clay, and sand terroirs. Grapes are hand-picked, with only free-run juice used. Distilled in 2013, this single vintage expression has undergone a decade of maturation. The ageing process involves a carefully chosen combination of casks: 80% of the whisky is matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, while the remaining 20% ages in second-fill Pauillac wine casks. This maturation strategy enhances the whisky's complexity and depth, offering a harmonious blend of the bourbon barrel's vanilla and oak notes with the rich, fruity nuances imparted by the Pauillac wine casks.

The Tomintoul 15 Years Old Madeira Cask Finish, distilled in 2008, initially matured in ex-bourbon American oak casks before undergoing a special finishing process in Madeira wine casks personally selected by Master Distiller Robert Fleming from Portugal's Madeira Islands. These Madeira wine casks have flawlessly complemented the Tomintoul Single Malt, infusing it with rich fruit flavours that enhance the whisky's character and complexity. Crafted at Halewood's distillery located in Leith within the Lowlands, this single malt was matured in a singular Ruby Port cask before being bottled into a limited run of 500 bottles, each boasting an alcohol by volume of 52.3%.
