Springbank 5 Year Old 100 Proof is a young yet full-bodied Campbeltown single malt, bottled at 57.1% ABV. This 2025 release is matured entirely in bourbon casks, highlighting Springbank’s lightly peated style and robust distillation character. Despite its age, it shows a balance of coastal freshness, subtle smoke, and developing sweetness that reflects the distillery’s traditional methods of floor malting, kiln drying, and partial triple distillation.

The Altus is Glenmorangie’s 25 Year Old single malt, a limited and highly aged expression. A Tale of Spices is inspired by the colours and flavours of Moroccan spice markets. Dr Bill Lumsden crafted this limited edition using a unique combination of four cask types: Moroccan red wine, new charred oak, Pedro Ximénez sherry and shaved toasted red wine casks. These casks create layers of bold spice balanced with sweetness, transporting the drinker to a bustling spice market. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV. This release was awarded Gold at the International Spirits Challenge 2025.

Notes of honeyed malt, toasted grain, earthiness, smoke and salinity reveal themselves slowly, creating a contemplative, archetypal Octomore expression.

Part of the Oak Masters’ Series, this limited release sees Glengoyne’s unpeated Highland spirit matured in a mix of refill and first fill sherry casks for ten years before spending a further six in Mizunara oak. Known for its rarity and complexity, Mizunara adds a distinctly Eastern influence to the whisky’s character, an intriguing contrast to Glengoyne’s classic rounded, fruity style.
Bottled at 53.4% ABV, this is a richer and more concentrated take on Glengoyne, shaped slowly over time without a set finish date. The result is a whisky that brings together the delicate sweetness of the distillate with the structure, spice and gentle incense-like quality of Mizunara oak.
