I first tasted this a week ago, and loved the smooth flavour. I don't care for peaty whiskey, so this is perfect for my taste buds, using bourbon and then sherry casks. I am a bourbon drinker as well, so I search for whiskey matured in bourbon casks. Great by itself, or in a cocktail with two cherries!
