Crafted by Master Distiller Robert Fleming, this small batch Tomintoul is aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in Madeira wine casks. It offers a rich bouquet of fresh fruity flavours balanced perfectly by spiced ginger and cacao notes.
Tasting Note by Tomintoul:Nose: A bouquet of summer berries, spiced fruits and ginger biscuits with chocolate orange and baking spices.Palate: Layers of juicy cantaloupe melon, brambles and candied peels with chocolate mousse, syrup flapjacks and toasted oak.Finish: Cosy cake spices and cacao with highlights of ripe banana, vanilla panna cotta, and marmalade.
