A drizzle of maple syrup is then applied to banana pancakes.Palate: There are initially kiwi aromas along with more notes of maple and raisin syrup. Tasting Note by Westland:Nose: Smouldering moss, flamed orange peel, and a background of nuttiness are the first notes in the nose.Palate: Peat erupts from the palate, expressing flavours of roasted pistachios, iodine, and campfire. The smouldering moss on the nose gradually transforms into burning embers and roasted plantains. As time passes, the palate also changes, moving towards more pronounced earth notes, green herbs, and increasing iodine towards the finish.
This highly coveted single malt is a product of Campbeltown's Glengyle distillery, representing the cask strength expression of Kilkerran single malt. With a robust 57.5% ABV, this whisky delivers a rich tapestry of flavors, including prominent sherry and smoky notes. It achieved its distinctive character after eight years of maturation in a sherry cask, resulting in a delightful combination of dried fruits, spicy cake, and a peaty core.

This is an exclusive yearly offering of cask strength Kilkerran single malt, hailing from the Glengyle distillery in Campbeltown. For this particular release, the whisky underwent an eight-year maturation period in a bourbon cask. It has been bottled at a robust 55.8% ABV, with no added colorants or chill filtration, preserving its natural qualities and bold character.

Roebuck Estates Blanc de Noirs 2015 is an exclusive creation meticulously crafted from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes cultivated in our Roman Villa vineyard. Following a rigorous selection process, these grapes undergo whole-bunch pressing and partial fermentation in the finest French oak casks. A generous period of lees aging, lasting a minimum of 36 months, imparts depth, complexity, and richness to this wine.
