Château Minuty 281 is the estate’s haute-couture cuvée, first released in 2015. Its name refers to Pantone 281, the intense Mediterranean blue adorning the bottle neck. The wine pays tribute to the sea that influences the vineyard and to Etienne Matton, who in the 1970s began cloning Minuty’s exclusive Grenache vines that today form the backbone of this cuvée.
The 2024 vintage comes from a selection of the estate’s finest plots on schist, clay, and sand terroirs. Grapes are hand-picked, with only free-run juice used. Vinification is carried out at low temperatures in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation to preserve purity. The result is a rosé with precision, elegance, and striking length, crafted for gastronomy and fine dining.

Château d’Esclans Rosé 2022 is the estate wine of Caves d’Esclans, produced entirely from grapes grown on the property. Crafted from Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino), it is vinified through a combination of stainless steel and barrel fermentation, bringing together freshness and complexity. Harvesting takes place in the cool of the morning to preserve fruit quality, with Optical Eye Sorting ensuring only the best grapes are selected.
The winemaking process includes soft crushing, immediate cooling to retain vivacity, and closed circuit pressing to reduce oxidation. Free run juice is then divided between 600-litre temperature-controlled oak demi-muids and stainless steel tanks. Battonage is carried out twice weekly over eight months before bottling, resulting in a rosé that is smooth and creamy in texture, rich on the palate, and long in finish.

This dram is big and bold with notes of cured meat, barbecued beef jerky, clove, mint, iodine, oxo cube and tinned prunes all evident from the Oloroso cask maturation, while lobster creels hint at Springbank’s characteristic maritime influence.Palate: The peaty character is now evident with sooty kiln smoke and tobacco leaves prominent in this viscous tipple alongside prunes, walnuts, figs, Demerara sugar, cocoa powder and smoked meats.Finish: The finish grows and develops with notes of soot, leather and walnuts prominent before easing off like the ebbing tide over one of Kintyre’s pebble beaches.
Using mainland peat and an extended fermentation process, the Turbo showcases a rich and robust character. The 2024 edition is crafted from a blend of five American virgin oak casks and four Oloroso hogsheads and delivers a strong peat presence, measuring at 70 PPM.

This batch reveals a robust and untamed character, typical of Springbank. It presents a rich tapestry of flavours, including sherried prunes, almonds, and brown sugar, accented by lighter notes of vanilla and apples, all woven together with the distillery's characteristic industrial smokiness. Behold the first-ever offering from Bonnington Distillery! Crafted at Halewood's distillery located in Leith within the Lowlands, this single malt was matured in a singular Ruby Port cask before being bottled into a limited run of 500 bottles, each boasting an alcohol by volume of 52.3%. To add a personal touch, every bottle has been autographed by the distiller, Jamie Lockhart.
Glenglassaugh's Peated Virgin Oak Wood combines sweet earthiness with its coastal peated spirit. Matured in American Virgin Oak casks, Glenglassaugh develops rich candy and fresh spice notes, evoking a seaside confectionery. Bottled at 46%, it retains its natural colour and is non-chill filtered.
Tasting Note:Nose: Initially sweet, combining sweet peat, oak spices, vanilla, and dried coconut. Evolves to clean smoke, with hints of sea breeze on a warm wooden deck and honeyed peaches and apricots.Palate: Sweet and dry peat smoke, slightly ashy. The Tomintoul 15 Years Old Madeira Cask Finish, distilled in 2008, initially matured in ex-bourbon American oak casks before undergoing a special finishing process in Madeira wine casks personally selected by Master Distiller Robert Fleming from Portugal's Madeira Islands. These Madeira wine casks have flawlessly complemented the Tomintoul Single Malt, infusing it with rich fruit flavours that enhance the whisky's character and complexity. Bottled at 46% abv, it maintains its natural colour and avoids chill filtration. This release is limited to only 6,654 individually numbered bottles.

Bottled at a robust 46% abv, it retains its natural colour and avoids chill filtration. This release is limited, with only 8,082 bottles, each uniquely numbered.

Distilled in 2013, this single vintage expression has undergone a decade of maturation. The ageing process involves a carefully chosen combination of casks: 80% of the whisky is matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, while the remaining 20% ages in second-fill Pauillac wine casks. This maturation strategy enhances the whisky's complexity and depth, offering a harmonious blend of the bourbon barrel's vanilla and oak notes with the rich, fruity nuances imparted by the Pauillac wine casks.
Tasting Note by Bruichladdich:Nose: Aromas of warm citrus, tropical fruit, and sweet malty flour are immediate on the nose. As the whisky opens the sweetness of the fruit, oak and malted Bere barley combine to give an uplifting, sunny feel to the dram, enhanced with fragrant peach skin, fresh vanilla pods, candied orange and creamy fudge. Over time, delicate floral notes of rose and subtle sweet violet appear.Palate: On the palate, the presence of the malted grain is unmistakable with notes of popcorn, brown sugar and warm porridge. The Bere barley provides a soft, rounded mouthfeel, beautifully complementing the sweet, stoned fruit notes.
