Aged for 8-10 months at the Cincoro distillery, this tequila gains a rich, nuanced flavour through its interaction with the wood, resulting in a perfectly balanced blend. Its strong vanilla undertones make it ideal for an espresso martini; mix 2 oz Reposado, 1 shot of espresso, 0.75 oz coffee liqueur, and a dash of agave nectar for a delicious blend.

The Tomintoul 15 Years Old Madeira Cask Finish, distilled in 2008, initially matured in ex-bourbon American oak casks before undergoing a special finishing process in Madeira wine casks personally selected by Master Distiller Robert Fleming from Portugal's Madeira Islands. These Madeira wine casks have flawlessly complemented the Tomintoul Single Malt, infusing it with rich fruit flavours that enhance the whisky's character and complexity. Bottled at 46% abv, it maintains its natural colour and avoids chill filtration. This release is limited to only 6,654 individually numbered bottles.

Aged for 6 months in American Oak bourbon casks, Vivir's Rapasado offers earthy Agave tones with hints of vanilla and caramel. It can be perfectly enjoyed simply on ice or with ginger ale. The Rapasado also pairs incredibly well with classic cocktails, like the Old Fashioned or Negroni.
Reposados and Añejos are meticulously tasted until the finest casks that distinguish this Cristalino as unique are identified. This chosen assortment of Añejos and Reposados will be removed from the casks where they gained their character and maturity, to undergo a third distillation. This process finely tunes their flavors and aromas in a most imaginative manner, ensuring their identity is preserved with attention to every detail.
Tasting Note by Tierra Noble:Palate: Strong character with sweet and frutal notes of green apple, a discreet presence of cooked agave and a light chocolate sparkle.Finish: Well balanced with citric notes, spices like colve, frutal with a vanilla-butter finish. Distilled in 2013, this single vintage expression has undergone a decade of maturation. The ageing process involves a carefully chosen combination of casks: 80% of the whisky is matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, while the remaining 20% ages in second-fill Pauillac wine casks. This maturation strategy enhances the whisky's complexity and depth, offering a harmonious blend of the bourbon barrel's vanilla and oak notes with the rich, fruity nuances imparted by the Pauillac wine casks.
Tasting Note by Bruichladdich:Nose: Aromas of warm citrus, tropical fruit, and sweet malty flour are immediate on the nose. As the whisky opens the sweetness of the fruit, oak and malted Bere barley combine to give an uplifting, sunny feel to the dram, enhanced with fragrant peach skin, fresh vanilla pods, candied orange and creamy fudge. Over time, delicate floral notes of rose and subtle sweet violet appear.Palate: On the palate, the presence of the malted grain is unmistakable with notes of popcorn, brown sugar and warm porridge. The Bere barley provides a soft, rounded mouthfeel, beautifully complementing the sweet, stoned fruit notes. Apricot, peach, melon and candied orange are balanced with the gentle influence of the oak, which adds a hint of vanilla, coconut and marzipan.Finish: Milk chocolate, malted grain and crème brulee add to the soft finish, while a hint of mango and orange blossom honey linger.
