Château d’Esclans Rosé 2022 is the estate wine of Caves d’Esclans, produced entirely from grapes grown on the property. Crafted from Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino), it is vinified through a combination of stainless steel and barrel fermentation, bringing together freshness and complexity. Harvesting takes place in the cool of the morning to preserve fruit quality, with Optical Eye Sorting ensuring only the best grapes are selected.
The winemaking process includes soft crushing, immediate cooling to retain vivacity, and closed circuit pressing to reduce oxidation. Free run juice is then divided between 600-litre temperature-controlled oak demi-muids and stainless steel tanks. Battonage is carried out twice weekly over eight months before bottling, resulting in a rosé that is smooth and creamy in texture, rich on the palate, and long in finish.

A classic Provence Rosé. Crafted from Cinsault, Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino) grapes, Whispering Angel boasts a full and delicate flavour profile whilst remaining bone dry with a smooth finish. Produced from a blend of premium free-run and press juices, it is meticulously fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ensuring a refined and high-quality wine.
Tasting Note by Château d’Esclans: Nose: A beautifully pale pink, which is pleasing to the eye and draws one in.Palate: Whispering Angel rosé has a Fresh red berry fruit characteristics with floral notes. Ripe and fleshy feel on the palate.Finish: This popular rosé wine has great concentration, a smooth and round finish and no astringent aftertaste.
The first in the final set of seasonal small batch releases, representing spring on the Lochlea farm. Matured in 100% first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels, this edition highlights floral aromatics from distilling in colder months.

Project 04 // Inverarity Morton is a limited-edition blended Scotch whisky created in collaboration with Inverarity Morton—a family-run business supporting the whisky trade since 1945. With a focus on bold character and versatility, this malt-forward blend was designed to surprise and delight, whether served neat or in mixed drinks.
Blended in February 2024 and bottled at 49.1% ABV, only 470 bottles were produced. The whisky features an extended finishing period in a yet-to-be-specified cask, chosen to add a final flourish in honour of Inverarity Morton’s ‘extra mile’ ethos.

Château Galoupet Cru Classé Rosé 2023 is a refined Provence rosé crafted from six grape varieties, including Grenache and Syrah. This organic wine highlights the estate’s focus on sustainability and biodiversity, offering elegant notes of mango, pineapple, and a touch of salinity. Perfectly versatile, it pairs beautifully with seafood, Mediterranean dishes, or light poultry.
Kilkerran Heavily Peated is a bold single malt crafted in small batches, released twice yearly at cask strength with around 45PPM of peat. Primarily matured in Bourbon casks, it offers a smoky profile of campfire embers and peat, balanced by notes of custard, key lime pie, rye bread, and a touch of minerality on the finish.
Tasting Note by Kilkerran:Nose: In typical Kilkerran style, there is a citrus element on the nose with notes of lemon and key lime pie, along with touches of toasted rye bread and peat smoke.Palate: There are notes of toasted marshmallows and campfire embers immediately on the palate, with hints of vanilla and custard.Finish: The smokiness carries through to the finish, along with a mineral note to round off this dram.
Using mainland peat and an extended fermentation process, the Turbo showcases a rich and robust character. The 2024 edition is crafted from a blend of five American virgin oak casks and four Oloroso hogsheads and delivers a strong peat presence, measuring at 70 PPM.
Tasting Note by Meikle Toir:Nose: Smoked blood orange, cinnamon spice and manuka honey, with bursts of rich dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts.Palate: Worn leather, baking spices and cigar box, followed by honey, hazelnuts and dried red berries, with burnt orange peel and salted caramel.
The Hazelburn 10 Year Old represents the cornerstone of the Hazelburn range, standing as its flagship single malt. This whisky is bottled at 46% and is uniquely matured in 100% Bourbon casks. This choice of aging imparts distinct flavors and qualities, making the Hazelburn 10 Year Old a noteworthy expression in its category.
Tasting Note by Springbank Distillery:Nose: Sweet and tropical on the nose, notes of baked pineapple, lemon sherbert, honeycomb and dried orange peel introduce this light and delicate dram.Palate: Sweet and savoury notes come together on the palate, with notes of green apples complemented by a slight vegetal quality. There is a creaminess present in notes of pastel de nata and custard creams. Finish: There is a subtle earthiness in the finish, with hints of salted caramel, ginger, toasted coconut and a mineral note.
The "CONTRASTS: AIR DRIED OAK" is a limited-edition release with a 46% alcohol content, matured uniquely in air-dried Virgin American Oak casks, lending it a distinctive character.
Tasting Note by Benromach:Sweet vanilla fudge aromas with toasted cereal and citrus blossom. Smooth yet peppery notes follow, with vanilla, fresh peppermint and oak flavours. Subtle smoke lingers on the finish.
The distillate's "heart of the heart," or the spirit cut with the highest phenol content, is used to create "The Turbo," which has an intensified smoky personality. The whisky uses mainland peat and has a long fermentation time, giving it a full-bodied taste. The 2023 Release is a blend of five Oloroso hogsheads and three American virgin oak casks. The end product is a complex whisky that packs a significant 71 PPM of peat.
