Fielden Rye Whisky is made from diverse grains grown across the fields of England, combining rye, floor malted rye, floor malted barley and wheat. Fielden places the character of its grain at the centre of production, using different grain recipes alongside fermentation in stainless steel tanks and wooden vats before distillation through both pot and column stills.
The new make spirit is matured in a combination of new and used American oak. Approximately 20% to 25% of the blend also matures and finishes in light dessert and fortified wine barrels, including Sauternes, Ramandolo, Moscatel do Douro and Moscatel de Setúbal, while Madeira wine barrels are also used. Indri Trini The Three Wood Gift Pack brings together whisky matured in ex-bourbon, ex-French wine, and ex-sherry casks. This maturation imparts an amber hue with aromas of caramelised pineapple, vanilla, black tea, and citrus. Smooth and rich, with lingering flavours, it is presented in a thoughtfully curated gift pack.
Tasting Note by Indri: Nose: Gentle and mellow on the nose. Hints of black tea, caramelised pineapple with a whiff of oak comes forward, followed by vanilla and honey from the bourbon oak and traces of spiced tannins from the European oak, finally topped up with vinous raisin and sweet sherry notes.Palate: Elegant richness, smooth and warm on the sides of the mouth. Gentle spice and woody characteristics.Finish: A subtle and balanced finish, each flavour compliments the other without dominating each other. A smooth and long after taste with sweet fruity flavours coming up from the warmth of the throat, lingering long after.
This whisky, bottled at 46% ABV with a peat level of 20ppm, retains the signature fresh character of Arran 10 Year Old while introducing a subtle twist of peat smoke on the finish. Aged for a full decade in first-fill bourbon casks, it remains non-chill filtered and free from added colouring. The result is a warm and inviting dram, where underlying sweetness balances the spice, complemented by a delicate layer of sweet smoke for added depth and intensity.

The BenRiach Malting Season 2 celebrates the distillery's restored traditional malting floor, using hand-malted Concerto barley distilled in autumn 2013 and matured in first-fill bourbon casks until it was bottled in 2022 at 48.9% ABV. This process preserves the pure flavour of the raw ingredient, showcasing a whisky crafted entirely from barley malted in-house at BenRiach.

Carefully selecting single malt from 2008, initially matured in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak casks stored in Glencadam's historic dunnage warehouses, this unique expression was created. The single malt from these casks was then expertly combined and finished in the finest Madeira wine casks sourced from Portugal's Madeira Islands. These Madeira wine casks contribute distinctive flavours, enriching the complexity of the Glencadam Single Malt. Bottled at a robust 46% alc/vol, maintaining its natural colour and avoiding chill filtration, this is a limited release consisting of only 5,826 bottles, each bearing its individual number.

Their 100% Rye Mashbill starts with 91% Raw Elbon Rye from Northwest Texas, along with cara, chocolate, and roasted rye, fully processed on-site in Waco, Texas. They use some of the tallest Forsyth copper pot stills in the world, creating a rich, viscous spirit. Each recipe undergoes a tailored 7-day fermentation, enhancing the development of fruity aromas. Texas's extreme temperature fluctuations deeply influence the whisky's flavour, as the spirit interacts with the oak casks through intense summers and cooler winters.
Tasting Note by Balcones: Nose: Texas Rye Bottled in Bond balances warm sun tea, candied fennel, and spruce tips before cooling notes of melted mint chip ice cream and raspberry glaze.Palate: It begins with graham cracker crust, dark chocolate espresso bean, and cardamom before well-articulated notes of carrot frond, cedar chest, and apricot preserves. Nutella and blackberry jam on rye toast linger for the finale.

After an extended aging period of four years, a fresh batch of the cherished Farmers Single Grain Whisky has been skillfully bottled. This exceptional grain whisky, produced from a mixture of different grains, holds a special significance for the producers. The label prominently showcases the iconic bowler hat as its primary image, a tribute to Norfolk, the birthplace of the bowler hat. This release adds a delightful touch to their whisky lineup, blending elements of tradition and innovation.
Tasting Note by The English:Nose: All spice, cocoa and coffee grounds. Rich sweet and buttery. Slightly caramelised like a tarte tatin. Toffee, plums and dark cherries.Palate: Rich and dry; again with cocoa and coffee. Spicy and oaky with notes of buttery popcorn. The plums and dark cherries come through on the palate. Slightly leathery with a long dry, spicy finish.
The initial release of Old Ballantruan with a specified age statement, aged for a decade. This unique whisky is produced at the Tomintoul distillery, employing heavily peated barley, and it is presented at a robust 50% ABV.
