The Whisky Mastery Team's focus throughout the Harmony Collection has been maturation itself — identifying, cask by cask, the flavours that oak alone can bring forward. Here, that process draws out fresh coconut, zesty lime and tropical fruit, layered with vanilla, sweet oak and gentle spice. The colour is entirely natural, with no added colouring.

The 2023 release of Longrow 21 Year Old single malt is a finely crafted whisky from The Springbank Distillery. This edition is a blend of whiskies aged in 65% sherry casks and 35% bourbon casks. Longrow is distinguished by its peated character, achieved through a 48-hour peat drying process of the barley, and is made using the same traditional methods as Springbank.
