  • New Release Balvenie 12 Year Old Home Malted (The 1931 Collection) Balvenie 12 Year Old Home Malted (The 1931 Collection)

Balvenie 12 Year Old Home Malted (The 1931 Collection)

Every grain of malt in this whisky was turned by hand on The Balvenie's own malting floor. The distillery has worked that floor since 1931, but it normally supplies only part of the barley Balvenie uses. For this limited edition Twelve Year Old, it supplied all of it. Malt Master Kelsey McKechnie built the whisky around that malt, so the character of the barley sits at the centre of the flavour. The spirit matured for many years in American oak, which brings vanilla and gentle spice. It was then finished in ex-sherry bodega European oak butts from Jerez for added depth. It is bottled at 47.5%, a stronger bottling that holds on to more of the spirit's character. Try it neat first, then add a drop of water. It comes in packaging designed by contemporary artist Daniel Arsham, in textured copper and verdigris tones inspired by The Balvenie's aged stills. Tasting Note by Balvenie:Nose: Warm biscuit, honeyed creamy toffee, delicate ginger and aromatic oak.Palate: Mellow barley sugar sweetness, warming into crystallised ginger, delicate raisin and spice.Finish: Rich, velvety and smooth, with a lingering spiced warmth.

Bunnahabhain 23 Year Triple Sherry Wood Finish (Feis Ile 2024 Release)

Bunnahabhain distilled this whisky in 1999. Ten years later, it was moved into an Amontillado sherry cask, then Oloroso, then Manzanilla — three casks applied in sequence rather than simultaneously, each one following the last. This bottle carries no peat. It is bottled at cask strength, 53.3%, non-chill filtered, with no added colour. This release is one of 4,002 individually numbered bottles from the Feis Île 2024 release, Bunnahabhain's annual festival bottling. It is not part of the distillery's standard core range. • New Release Glenfiddich 16 Year Old Aston Martin Formula One™ Team Limited Edition (Release No. 2) Glenfiddich 16 Year Old Aston Martin Formula One™ Team Limited Edition (Release No. 2)

Glenfiddich 16 Year Old Aston Martin Formula One™ Team Limited Edition (Release No. 2)

Some master what others can't see. Glenfiddich's Malt Master, Brian Kinsman, returns for a second release in the Aston Martin Formula One™ Team partnership — a whisky built the way a race-winning car is built: through relentless refinement, layer by layer. This 16 Year Old expression is a marriage of whiskies matured in first-fill bourbon barrels and fine wine and fortified wine casks, then finished in sequence across four further cask types — Port pipes, Oloroso sherry casks, wine casks, and a final, delicate rest in Fino Sherry butts. Where last year's Release No. 1 was shaped by American oak wine casks and second-fill bourbon, this new edition adds a fourth layer of cask influence — deeper, richer, and more complex still. On the nose, rich stewed fruits unfold alongside marzipan and polished leather. On the palate, mellow toffee sweetness meets caramelised cane sugar, balanced by dry oak tannin. The finish is long, oaky, and quietly assured. Bottled at 43% ABV, this is Glenfiddich at its most awarded — with more accolades since 2000 than any other single malt Scotch whisky across the IWSC and ISC, two of the industry's most prestigious competitions. Tasting Note by Glenfiddich:Nose: Rich stewed fruits with a beautiful array of floral top notes. Hints of marzipan and polished leather. A drop of water accentuates the fresh, ripe fruits.Palate: Mellow and silky smooth with a creamy buttery toffee sweetness. Caramelized cane sugar with a lovely counterbalance of dry oak tannin.Finish: Long lasting oaky sweetness

Tobermory 27 Year Old Oloroso Cask Finish (Expression 5)

Tobermory 27 Year Old is the fifth and final expression in the distillery’s Hebridean Series, bringing the collection to a close with its oldest and most powerful release. Initially matured in ex-bourbon casks, the whisky spent a further 12 years in González Byass Oloroso sherry casks, developing a rich and concentrated character while retaining Tobermory’s distinctive fruit-led style. Bottled at 53.1% ABV, it is also the highest-strength expression of the later Hebridean releases. The extended Oloroso maturation brings layers of dark fruit, warming spice and mature oak, complemented by brighter notes of apricot, orange and pineapple. At 27 years old, it represents the culmination of the series’ progression through increasingly long periods of sherry maturation. Presented as Expression 5, Tobermory 27 Year Old is a fitting final chapter for collectors of the Hebridean Series and an impressive example of long-aged, heavily sherried Tobermory. Tasting Notes by Tobermory:Nose: An aroma rich with the scent of cinnamon pastries and dark black fruits. Sweet apricot and dried figs are joined by the earthy notes of toasted oak, all rounded off with a bright twist of orange zest.Palate: A thick layer of marmalade spreads across the palate, complemented by warming cinnamon spice. The flavours unfold to reveal fig rolls, blackcurrant, and brambles, with a touch of honey-roasted nuts and a hint of treacle toffee.Finish: The finish is steady and lasting, featuring red berry compote, fresh mandarins, and a pinch of nutmeg for good measure.

Bunnahabhain 15 Year Old Turas Math No.1 (The Westering Home Collection)

Founded in 1881 on the remote northern shore of Islay, Bunnahabhain sits at the end of a single-track road on the Sound of Islay, making it one of the most isolated and characterful distilleries in Scotland. Its unusually tall, pear-shaped stills with elongated swan necks produce a lighter, oilier spirit than its Islay neighbours, and the distillery is notably one of the few on the island to work with unpeated barley. Mineral-rich water drawn from the Margadale Spring, sea air rolling in off the Sound, and a philosophy of non-chill filtration without added colour define the Bunnahabhain house style across every expression. Turas Math No.1 is the opening release in the Westering Home Collection, a three-part series rooted in the distillery's maritime heritage. The whisky is a marriage of two exceptional cask journeys, personally selected by Master Blender Julieann Fernandez. The first parcel was distilled in 2008 and spent its full 15 years maturing in Manzanilla Sherry casks from Jerez. The second parcel matured for a decade in refill casks before receiving a five-year finish in Amarone wine casks from the Veneto region of Italy. The union of these two paths produces a whisky of layered sweetness, coastal character and considered complexity, bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration or added colour. A compelling collector's release and an equally distinguished gift. Tasting Note by Bunnahabhain:Nose: A burst of dark fruits including black cherries, plums, and blackberries, intertwined with cloves and roasted nuts.Palate: Fresh cinnamon pastries and treacle toffee blend with hazelnut, dried figs, and soft herbal notes.Finish: Warm spices linger on the palate, accented by a hint of sea spray.

Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Gran Reserva Rum Cask Finish

Distilled and matured at the Glenfiddich Distillery in Dufftown, at the heart of Speyside, this 21 year old expression represents one of the most distinctive releases in the distillery's core range. Founded in 1887 by William Grant, Glenfiddich remains family owned and is one of the most celebrated single malt producers in Scotland. Two decades of patient maturation in traditional oak casks allows the distillery's signature character to develop fully before Malt Master Brian Kinsman hand selects individual barrels for the final stage. Those selected casks are transferred into Caribbean reserva rum casks for a finishing period that introduces a layer of tropical warmth and spice to the established Speyside foundation. The result is a whisky of considerable complexity, balancing the restrained richness of a long Speyside maturation with the more animated character that rum cask finishing imparts. At 40% ABV, it is approachable without sacrificing depth, and presents exceptionally well as a gift or a considered addition to a maturing collection. Tasting Note by Glenfiddich:Nose: Intense and vanilla sweet. Floral, hints of banana, figs, rich toffee, new leather and oak.Palate: Initially soft, then brisk, vibrant and drying, peppery, a touch of smoke, oak, lime, ginger and spices.Finish: Very long, warming, dry and spicy.

Aberfeldy 21 Year Old Argentinian Malbec Wine Cask Finish

The Aberfeldy 21 Year Old Argentinian Malbec Cask Finish is the result of a remarkable collaboration between Malt Master Stephanie Macleod and award-winning winemaker Daniel Pi of Finca Ambrosia, one of Argentina's most prestigious estates. Having travelled to the Uco Valley in Argentina, Stephanie personally selected Malbec casks from Finca Ambrosia to bring an entirely new dimension to the Aberfeldy character — a partnership between two masters of their craft that has produced something genuinely distinctive within the distillery's wine cask series. Aberfeldy Distillery was established in 1898 in Perthshire, drawing process water from the gold-laced Pitilie Burn and producing a fruity, richly honeyed Highland single malt in alembic copper pot stills crafted by Forsyths. Here, 21 years of patient maturation have been completed by a finishing period in Malbec wine casks, which lend vivid red fruit character, gentle floral notes and a subtle tartness that sits in elegant balance with the distillery's signature honeyed sweetness. Bottled at 46% ABV, this limited edition release is as well suited to the collector as it is to the enthusiast seeking something beyond the expected. Tasting Note by Aberfeldy: Evolving aromas of juicy strawberries glazed with sweet Highland honey, gently brightened by hints of fresh blackcurrant. This bouquet gives way to delicate floral notes of rose and violet, underscored by a subtle touch of warming cinnamon spice. On the palate, vibrant fruit flavours come alive, gracefully melting into creamy vanilla and concluding with a wonderfully smooth, lingering finish.

  • New Release Macallan The Harmony Inspired by Fresh Coconut Macallan The Harmony Inspired by Fresh Coconut

Macallan The Harmony Inspired by Fresh Coconut

The sixth and concluding release in The Macallan Harmony Collection, Inspired by Fresh Coconut is the first expression in The Macallan range to place coconut at the heart of its character — not through any added flavouring, but through the natural oak lactones present in specially selected sherry-seasoned American oak, finessed by bourbon casks for balance. This is a flavour-led release, not an age-stated one. The Whisky Mastery Team's focus throughout the Harmony Collection has been maturation itself — identifying, cask by cask, the flavours that oak alone can bring forward. Here, that process draws out fresh coconut, zesty lime and tropical fruit, layered with vanilla, sweet oak and gentle spice. The colour is entirely natural, with no added colouring. On the palate: sweet lime, lemon and vanilla sponge, desiccated coconut, coconut milk and dried tropical fruits, closing on a finish of coconut and floral honey. As the final chapter in a six-part series, this release completes The Macallan Harmony Collection. The presentation box is made from paper incorporating discarded coconut fibres, charred using an emission-free process for a natural black finish — in keeping with the release's character throughout. Tasting Note by The Macallan:Nose: Fresh coconut, zesty lime, citrus notes of lemon and orange, tropical mango and papaya, layered with vanilla, almond, sweet oak and a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon.Palate: Sweet lime, lemon and vanilla sponge with desiccated coconut, icing sugar, coconut milk, sweet oak and dried tropical fruits.Finish: Bursts of coconut and floral honey.

Founded in 1881 on the remote northern shore of Islay, Bunnahabhain sits at the end of a single-track road on the Sound of Islay, only accessible by boat until 1960. Unlike most of its island neighbours, Bunnahabhain is celebrated for its unpeated house style, producing a lighter, oilier spirit from its unusually tall, pear-shaped stills whose elongated swan necks prevent heavier flavour compounds from reaching the cut. Mineral-rich water drawn from the Margadale Spring, sea air rolling in directly off the Sound, and a commitment to non-chill filtration without added colour define every expression across the range. Eighteen years of coastal maturation in Sherry casks transforms Bunnahabhain's naturally gentle spirit into something of genuine richness and depth. The extended time in wood draws out layers of dried fruit, honeyed nuttiness and warming spice, whilst the distillery's seafront warehouses leave their mark in the faintest whisper of sea salt that runs through the palate. Bottled at 46.3% ABV without chill-filtration, this is a classic example of what patient, sherry-led maturation achieves when the spirit beneath it is given the time and environment it deserves. Aberfeldy 22 Year Old 2001 White Port Finish (Exceptional Cask Series)

Part of Aberfeldy's Exceptional Cask Series, this 22 Year Old White Port Cask Finish is a double cask limited edition personally selected by Malt Master Stephanie Macleod from the distillery's maturing stock. Filled in November 2001 and transferred to White Port casks in July 2022, it represents one of just 276 bottles — a genuinely rare opportunity to experience Aberfeldy's celebrated honeyed Highland character in a form that will not be repeated. Aberfeldy Distillery was established in 1898 in Perthshire, drawing process water from the Pitilie Burn, a source long associated with alluvial gold deposits and renowned for its purity. Distilled in alembic copper pot stills crafted by Forsyths, the distillery produces a fruity, richly honeyed style that has long defined its reputation as the Golden Dram. Here, that character has spent the majority of its life in refill hogsheads and refill barrels before finishing in White Port casks, which have lent a bright stone fruit lift and delicate floral freshness to the whisky's deep, honeyed foundation. Bottled at natural cask strength of 51.7% without chill-filtration, this is a collector's release of considerable distinction. Tasting Note by Aberfeldy:Delightful interplay of ripe peaches, nectarines and apricots , subtle vanilla undertones slowly emerge, with a zest of orange peel and delicate spices adding a layer of warmth, the cask finish perfectly accentuating the honeyed notes of Aberfeldy.

Dewar's 21 Year Old Double Double

Named the world's best blended Scotch at the 2025 World Whiskies Awards, the Dewar's Double Double 21 Year Old is the result of a method most distilleries have never attempted. The Double Double sequence uses four casks — not in parallel, but in order. Bourbon first, to lay the foundation. Sherry second, for dark fruit and depth. Marsala third, adding richness no single finish can reach. Finally, Madeira — a fortified wine cask almost absent from Scotch production — closes the sequence with a warmth collectors specifically seek and rarely find. Twenty-one years for the sequence to complete. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered. Nothing removed that belongs in it. The result is velvety and unhurried — deep notes of ripe fruit, sweet honey, and dark chocolate, with a sherried finish that lingers long after the glass is empty. Tasting Note by Dewar's: Nose: Sweet stone fruits, golden honey, creamy vanilla and subtle citrus zest. Palate: Smooth white chocolate, delicate cinnamon spice and layered dried fruit with nutty undertones. Finish: Long and silky, with a refined balance of fruit, oak sweetness and the gentle warmth of sherry.

Glenfiddich 26 Year Old Grand Couronne

Established in 1887 by William Grant in Dufftown, Speyside, Glenfiddich has built its reputation across more than a century of independent family ownership on a foundation of craft, curiosity and a willingness to pursue the exceptional. The Grand Series represents the upper tier of the distillery's permanent range, where extended maturation and the considered use of rare finishing casks produce expressions of genuine rarity and complexity. Grande Couronne, meaning crown in French, is the pinnacle of that ambition. Twenty-six years of maturation in American and European oak lays the foundation before selected parcels are transferred to rare French cognac casks for an extended finish, a combination that adds lavish layers of toasted oak sweetness and the distinctly Continental character of café crème, brown sugar and soft spice. The result is a whisky of undeniable opulence, positioned by the distillery as an expression to uncork at life's most grand and meaningful celebrations. For the collector seeking something beyond the familiar, or for a gift that demands to be remembered, Grande Couronne occupies a category of its own within the Glenfiddich range.
