It comes to you after thirty years of aging, presented without any added colour and without undergoing chill filtration.Tasting Note by Springbank:Nose: We are welcomed into this dram with a characteristically fruity nose in notes of baked pineapple, peach and upside down cake. There are hints of serrano ham, honey and peat smoke from the outset.Palate: Light and delicate on the palate, the fruit notes continue and a waxy element is introduced. Behold the first-ever offering from Bonnington Distillery! Crafted at Halewood's distillery located in Leith within the Lowlands, this single malt was matured in a singular Ruby Port cask before being bottled into a limited run of 500 bottles, each boasting an alcohol by volume of 52.3%.
