Indri Trini The Three Wood exemplifies a sensory delight crafted through the unique blend of three distinct wood casks. This whisky reaches its full splendour as the malts mature in ex-bourbon, ex-French wine, and ex-sherry casks. This method endows the malt with a superb amber hue and aromas of caramelised pineapple, vanilla, and subtle hints of black tea, raisins, citrus, and a gentle nuttiness. Its smoothness and rich flavour remain prominent, lingering well after the glass is set aside.

Introducing the second edition in Arran's Signature Series, this 11 Year Old Single Malt has been matured to perfection. The spirit, with a peat level of 42ppm, was initially aged in ex-Bourbon barrels for five and a half years, before undergoing a further maturation of five and a half years in 115-litre Quarter Casks. This exceptional whisky has been specially selected by Stewart Bowman and carries his personal seal of approval. It was distilled and matured at the Lochranza Distillery. Globally, only 14,822 bottles have been released. Each bottle is accompanied by a recyclable cotton gift bag.

They use some of the tallest Forsyth copper pot stills in the world, creating a rich, viscous spirit. Each recipe undergoes a tailored 7-day fermentation, enhancing the development of fruity aromas. Texas's extreme temperature fluctuations deeply influence the whisky's flavour, as the spirit interacts with the oak casks through intense summers and cooler winters.
Tasting Note by Balcones: Nose: Texas Rye Bottled in Bond balances warm sun tea, candied fennel, and spruce tips before cooling notes of melted mint chip ice cream and raspberry glaze.Palate: It begins with graham cracker crust, dark chocolate espresso bean, and cardamom before well-articulated notes of carrot frond, cedar chest, and apricot preserves. Nutella and blackberry jam on rye toast linger for the finale.
