This limited edition Aberfeldy 21 Year Old, distilled on November 14, 2001, spent over 20 years maturing in re-fill barrels and hogsheads. The whisky was then finished for approximately eight months in French Oak casks from Finca Ambrosía, a single estate winery in Argentina. This finishing process adds a layer of Malbec influence, with flavours of blackberry, plum, and black cherry complementing Aberfeldy’s characteristic notes.
This limited release is accompanied by a bottle of Finca Ambrosía Viña Unica Malbec 2022, providing an opportunity to explore the connection between the whisky and the wine that inspired its final aging.

A rare small-batch release, this Glenmorangie single malt is the first from the distillery to be finished in Palo Cortado sherry casks. Aged for 12 years, it spent its first eight maturing in American white oak bourbon casks, giving it a smooth, mellow character. Inspired by the rare sweet and nutty notes of Palo Cortado, Dr Bill selected these scarce casks to add a new complexity to Glenmorangie’s refined style. The result is a whisky of unique depth, with layers of dark plum, milk chocolate, Brazil nuts, and sweet spice.
Batch 3 of the Virgin Oak Series unveils a mahogany-hued malt enriched with spicy, treacly flavors, a result of its maturation in hogsheads crafted from Spanish Oak (Quercus Robur). This wood originates from the regions of Galicia and Asturias, specifically harvested in the cool, humid climate of the Cantabrian Mountains.
The oak was meticulously air-dried for approximately 18 months, followed by toasting and charring to a medium level. This process allowed our complex spirit to intricately interact with the oak, extracting its unique cask character. The secondary aging in these virgin casks further deepened the whisky's mahogany color and contributed to a palate teeming with dried fruits, maraschino cherries, and subtle hints of stem ginger.
This exquisite whisky is bottled at 48% alcohol by volume, with its natural color preserved, and it remains non-chill filtered, adhering to the commitment to authenticity.

Tomintoul's 17 Years Old Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask Finish, distilled in 2005, embarks on its aging journey within American ex-bourbon oak casks before undergoing a transformative finishing period. The finishing touch involves the choicest Pedro Ximénez Sherry butts sourced from Fernando de Castilla in Andalucía, Spain. This meticulous process marries the rich heritage of Sherry with Tomintoul Single Malt, resulting in a whisky of exceptional character and depth.

The Port Charlotte Islay Barley 2014 is a sophisticated single malt whisky, known for its subtle yet intricate blend of fruit and smoke. It's made from 100% Islay Concerto and Propino barley, heavily peated and distilled in 2014 from the 2013 harvest. Aged for seven years, its maturation involves 84% in first-fill bourbon casks, with the remaining portion split between second-fill Virgin oak and wine casks. This maturation profile creates a unique balance, further characterized by a phenol level of 40 PPM and a robust 50% ABV, culminating in a whisky that is complex, yet quietly harmonious.
Tasting Note by Bruichladdich:Nose: Malty digestive biscuits and peat embers open on the nose, followed by sweet vanilla and notes of honey, toffee and Crème Brûlée. As the whisky breathes its fruity character comes to the fore, with lemon rind and peat smoke rising from the glass, moving to grapefruit, ripe melon, peach and crisp red apple. Port Charlotte’s signature maritime note is offset with a touch of wood spice, nutmeg and cinnamon, showcasing the depth and complexity of this single malt.Palate: An initial citrus tang is followed by sweet ripe fruit and gentle peat smoke. Distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2020, it boasts a robust 57.1% ABV. From cask number 1728, this particular batch yielded a limited run of only 278 bottles.
