Tamnavulin is no stranger to red wine cask finishes, yet this Speyside distillery presents a novel approach by maturing this single malt in casks that previously contained German pinot noir. The fourth release in the Tamnavulin Red Wine Cask Edition series, this Speyside single malt Scotch whisky begins its maturation in American oak. Inspired by icons from the cross, Glen Scotia's new series reflects a unique influence from its coastal climate and frequent mermaid sightings, particularly in the 1800s. This first release features a subtly coastal, floral, and delicate unpeated twelve-year-old single malt, finished in rare Palo Cortado sherry casks, capturing the same extraordinary as the mermaid legends that inspired it.

Master blender Michael Henry skilfully uses three types of American Oak casks to capture captivating notes of wood, peat smoke, roasted coffee, green apple, clove, and aniseed spice.

This limited-edition, 15 year old Tequila Cask Finish is a testament to experimental spirit crafting, showcasing a distinct highland essence. Matured in carefully chosen casks that previously contained Agave Tequila from Mexico's Jaliscan Highlands, it offers a harmonious blend of fruity and floral flavors, complemented by sweet, comforting notes.

The single malt selected for this special release was distilled in 2006 and initially matured in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak casks stored in Glencadam's historic dunnage warehouses. Afterward, the single malt was expertly blended and further matured in Pedro Ximénez Sherry quarter casks from Andalucía, Spain, which added distinct flavours, enriching the complexity of the Glencadam Single Malt. Bottled at a robust 46% alc/vol, maintaining its natural colour and avoiding chill filtration, this limited release consists of only 4,188 bottles, each bearing its individual number.
