  • New Release Glenfiddich 16 Year Old Aston Martin Formula One™ Team Limited Edition (Release No. 2) Glenfiddich 16 Year Old Aston Martin Formula One™ Team Limited Edition (Release No. 2)

Glenfiddich 16 Year Old Aston Martin Formula One™ Team Limited Edition (Release No. 2)

Some master what others can't see. Glenfiddich's Malt Master, Brian Kinsman, returns for a second release in the Aston Martin Formula One™ Team partnership — a whisky built the way a race-winning car is built: through relentless refinement, layer by layer. This 16 Year Old expression is a marriage of whiskies matured in first-fill bourbon barrels and fine wine and fortified wine casks, then finished in sequence across four further cask types — Port pipes, Oloroso sherry casks, wine casks, and a final, delicate rest in Fino Sherry butts. Where last year's Release No. 1 was shaped by American oak wine casks and second-fill bourbon, this new edition adds a fourth layer of cask influence — deeper, richer, and more complex still. On the nose, rich stewed fruits unfold alongside marzipan and polished leather. On the palate, mellow toffee sweetness meets caramelised cane sugar, balanced by dry oak tannin. The finish is long, oaky, and quietly assured. Bottled at 43% ABV, this is Glenfiddich at its most awarded — with more accolades since 2000 than any other single malt Scotch whisky across the IWSC and ISC, two of the industry's most prestigious competitions. Tasting Note by Glenfiddich:Nose: Rich stewed fruits with a beautiful array of floral top notes. Hints of marzipan and polished leather. A drop of water accentuates the fresh, ripe fruits.Palate: Mellow and silky smooth with a creamy buttery toffee sweetness. Caramelized cane sugar with a lovely counterbalance of dry oak tannin.Finish: Long lasting oaky sweetness

  • Sale -21%Best Seller Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Solera Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Solera

    Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Solera

Established in 1887 by William Grant in Dufftown, Speyside, Glenfiddich has always been defined by a willingness to innovate within a tradition of uncompromising quality. The distillery remains family-owned across five generations, and it is that independence of spirit that has allowed it to pursue techniques rarely seen elsewhere in Scotch whisky production. The Solera Fifteen is perhaps the most distinctive expression of that curiosity, built around a process more commonly associated with the production of fine Sherry and Madeira than with single malt whisky. At the heart of the 15 Year Old is a Solera Vat that has never been fully emptied since it was first filled in 1998. Kept perpetually at least half full, the vat brings together whiskies matured in three distinct cask types including new oak, American oak and Sherry oak, which marry continuously over time to create a whisky of layered complexity and remarkable consistency. As each portion is drawn off for bottling, it carries with it the accumulated character of every whisky that has rested in the vat before it, producing a depth of flavour that belies the 15 Year Old age statement. A genuinely distinctive bottle for a collection and an assured gift for anyone with an appreciation for craft and curiosity in equal measure. Tasting Note by Glenfiddich:Nose: An intriguingly complex aroma. Sweet heather honey and vanilla fudge combined with rich dark fruits.Palate: Silky smooth, revealing layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Full-bodied and bursting with flavour.Finish: Satisfyingly rich with lingering sweetness.

Glencadam Pedro Ximenez Sherry Cask Finish

The Reserva PX represents one of the most intensely flavoured expressions in the Glencadam range, shaped decisively by the Pedro Ximénez Sherry butts sourced from Andalucía, Spain, in which it receives its final maturation. Produced at Glencadam's historic distillery in Brechin, Angus — in operation since 1825 — this small-batch release draws on single malt selected by the Master Distiller from the distillery's dunnage warehouses, where years of ex-bourbon maturation have laid a rich and fruited foundation for the PX cask to work upon. Pedro Ximénez is among the most intensely sweet and concentrated of all sherry styles, and its influence here is profound — drawing out dark fruit, baking spice and confected richness that places this expression firmly at the indulgent end of the Glencadam spectrum. The result is a whisky of considerable depth and complexity, bottled unchillfiltered at natural colour. A collection-worthy release and a compelling gift for those who favour richness and character in their single malt. Glencadam Reserva PX Cask Finish was awarded the Best Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky (2024)!The Judging Panel described the whisky as showing; ‘Perfumed aroma with raspberry and blackcurrant jams and nutmeg. The complex palate features toffee, caramel, stewed apples, dates, nutmeg, and cinnamon.’ Tasting Note by Glencadam:Nose: Tangy and fresh with aromas of tropical fruits and citrus bound by a soft vanilla sweetness and baking spices.Palate: Bright and grassy with layers of pineapple, lemon curd and brioche with citrus zest highlights.Finish: Clean and crisp with notes of yellow fruits, vanilla pod and nutmeg spices.

  • New Release Balvenie 12 Year Old Home Malted (The 1931 Collection) Balvenie 12 Year Old Home Malted (The 1931 Collection)

Balvenie 12 Year Old Home Malted (The 1931 Collection)

Every grain of malt in this whisky was turned by hand on The Balvenie's own malting floor. The distillery has worked that floor since 1931, but it normally supplies only part of the barley Balvenie uses. For this limited edition Twelve Year Old, it supplied all of it. Malt Master Kelsey McKechnie built the whisky around that malt, so the character of the barley sits at the centre of the flavour. The spirit matured for many years in American oak, which brings vanilla and gentle spice. It was then finished in ex-sherry bodega European oak butts from Jerez for added depth. It is bottled at 47.5%, a stronger bottling that holds on to more of the spirit's character. Try it neat first, then add a drop of water. It comes in packaging designed by contemporary artist Daniel Arsham, in textured copper and verdigris tones inspired by The Balvenie's aged stills. Tasting Note by Balvenie:Nose: Warm biscuit, honeyed creamy toffee, delicate ginger and aromatic oak.Palate: Mellow barley sugar sweetness, warming into crystallised ginger, delicate raisin and spice.Finish: Rich, velvety and smooth, with a lingering spiced warmth.

Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old Cask Strength (2026 Release)

Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old Cask Strength 2026 Edition is the latest annual cask strength release from the Islay distillery, bottled at 55.8% ABV. This year's expression returns to a more pronounced cask-driven style, combining equal proportions of first-fill Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks to create a balance between sherry richness, bourbon sweetness and Bunnahabhain's characteristic coastal influence. The 2026 edition shares similarities with the 2023 release but introduces a sweeter, more rounded profile. The 50% first-fill Oloroso component contributes dried fruits, chocolate and gentle spice, while the 50% bourbon cask component introduces vanilla, honey and toasted coconut. Compared with the 2023 edition, the bourbon influence reduces dryness and produces a creamier texture, allowing the two cask types to integrate more evenly.Unlike many Islay single malts, Bunnahabhain's signature style is unpeated, allowing the influence of oak maturation and coastal surroundings to remain prominent. The 2026 edition retains this character while offering a fuller-strength interpretation of the distillery's established 12 Year Old expression.Produced in small batches, the whisky is bottled without dilution, chill filtration or added colouring, preserving its natural character.Tasting Note by Bunnahabhain:Nose: Raisins, figs and dates intertwine with honeyed vanilla which fades to reveal cinnamon and clove. Underlying coastal freshness.Palate: Burst of stewed fruits and comforting spice balanced by creamy vanilla and toasted coconut with a gentle maritime note.Finish: Long, evolving finish with dried fruit and spice gradually giving way to a touch of dark sugar and polished mahogany.

    Balvenie 12 Year Old DoubleWood

Founded in 1892 by William Grant in Dufftown, at the heart of Speyside, The Balvenie is one of Scotland's most craft-focused distilleries, maintaining its own floor maltings, cooperage and coppersmith team on site. It is a place where traditional methods have been preserved not as a point of heritage but as a genuine commitment to quality, and that philosophy runs through every expression in the range. The distillery's Malt Master lineage is among the most celebrated in the industry, with David C. Stewart MBE spending over five decades shaping its character before passing the role to Kelsey McKechnie. DoubleWood 12 was launched in 1993, built on a wood finishing technique pioneered by David C. Stewart in 1982 that has since become widely adopted across the industry. The whisky first matures in traditional whisky oak casks, which impart warming vanilla and gentle spice, before being transferred to European oak Sherry casks for a further period of maturation that adds fruity, honeyed depth and greater complexity. The whiskies are then married for three to four months in large oak tuns to allow full integration before bottling. Glenfiddich 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve

Established in 1887 by William Grant in Dufftown, Speyside, Glenfiddich remains family-owned across five generations and has long paired its tradition of independent craft with a genuine spirit of experimentation. The distillery's Malt Master Brian Kinsman has overseen the development of expressions that push the boundaries of what Speyside single malt can offer, and the 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve is one of the clearest demonstrations of his approach to cask management and finishing. After fourteen years of maturation in ex-Bourbon American oak casks, which draw out the distillery's characteristic fresh fruit character alongside developing layers of vanilla and caramel sweetness, Kinsman transfers selected parcels to charred new American oak barrels for a final finishing period. The use of new wood at this stage, still unusual in Scotch whisky production, adds a deeper layer of toasted oak richness and spice that elevates the expression beyond a conventional Speyside profile. The result is a whisky with the freshness and fruit-forward quality Glenfiddich is known for, given additional weight and complexity by two distinct encounters with American oak. A distinctive Flagship Collection bottling and a well-considered gift for the whisky drinker who enjoys something a little off the beaten track. Tasting Note by Glenfiddich:Nose: Deep vibrant vanilla notes with hints of citrus, caramelised brown sugar and cinnamon. Baked apple and ripe summer fruits and balanced with the rich oaky aromas.Palate: Beautifully rich and sweet with layers of creamy toffee, woody spices, candied orange peel and fresh toasted oak.Finish: Long lasting with lingering sweetness.

GlenAllachie 8 Year Old Scottish Virgin Oak

In Batch 3 of their Virgin Oak Series, The GlenAllachie proudly presents a rare single malt that underwent an additional maturation process in casks crafted from Scottish Sessile Oak (Quercus Petrae), sourced from the Atlantic coast. Handling Scottish oak proves challenging throughout the entire production process, from growth and milling to coopering. Due to its rarity, costliness, and tendency to form knots, it is an infrequently chosen wood for whisky maturation. Before being filled with whisky, the wood underwent an extensive 36-month air-drying period, followed by a medium-level toasting and charring process. Despite the inherent difficulties, this coveted oak variety imparts luxurious notes of blonde chocolate, accompanied by hints of zesty orange and velvety toffee, resulting in a truly distinctive and indulgent drinking experience. Bottled at 48% alcohol by volume, with its natural color preserved and without undergoing chill filtration. Tasting Note by GlenAllachie:Nose: Bursting with baked oats, butterscotch and toffee, with notes of cinnamon, gingersnaps and heather honey.Palate: Lashings of heather honey, orchard fruits and lemon zest, followed by white chocolate, cinnamon and ginger, with toffee and butterscotch on the finish.

    Glenfiddich 12 Year Old

Established in 1887 by William Grant in Dufftown, Speyside, Glenfiddich remains family-owned across five generations and is widely credited with pioneering the single malt category as the world came to know it. The distillery draws its water from the Robbie Dhu spring in the Conval Hills, a source William Grant identified and insisted upon from the very beginning, and that same Highland spring water continues to define the character of every expression produced here today. The high cut point Grant established for the distillation process, which captures only the lightest and most delicate part of the spirit, is the foundation of Glenfiddich's distinctively fresh and fruity house style. The 12 Year Old is the entry point into the Flagship Collection and one of the most recognised single malts in the world, yet its reputation rests on genuine quality rather than familiarity alone. Twelve years of maturation in a combination of American and European oak casks allows the fresh, fruit-forward character of the new make spirit to develop into something balanced and approachable, with the subtle influence of oak adding depth without ever overwhelming the distillery's signature lightness. An ideal introduction to Speyside single malt and a consistently reliable gift for those new to whisky or returning to a trusted favourite.
